I have been a nurse for about 3 years, and I have never been able to find the right kind of shoes to help me with walking and standing all day. I went into the store clueless and confused, but then a wonderful young man by the name of Noah helped me find the perfect shoes for my profession. He was extremely knowledgeable about the brands I was looking for and what would work best for me. He even looked at my foot to see what shoe would work best. He was extremely patient with me and managed to help others along the way. I was literally having a bad day but his customer service was stellar and gave me so much hope. It’s always nice to see that people are actually here to help. He deserves to be promoted and so much more. Thank you, Noah !!!!

What a wonderful customer service experience we had today. Matthew in the women sneakers department. Thank you for your patience in assisting in selecting the sneakers for my comfort. Well we bought one pair in the store and your assistance helped in ordering the second pair online because this store did not have the color I wanted. Matthew you are a gem in exceptional customer service.

Noah is one of the best associates at this store he's so knowledgeable and does his own research when it comes to shoes. He was able to assist me with getting the best possible shoe for my marathon and I definitely appreciate his help. Definitely look for him he's the type of employee that should be promoted within guys like that solidify the team you need to become successful.

Good selection of football equipment. Lots of staff and everyone was nice and helpful. Lots of Dolphins, UM and Miami Heat, FSU fan gear too

Bought my wife's bike here with Miguel the very helpful bike specialists. He was able to tune it up to my wife's specification and install the kickstand. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even helped me get the low online price. Excellent service

Such a great DICK’S location! Every associate has been helpful. Excellent selection of clothing, shoes and anything sports related!! My favourite part of every visit is being cashed out by Howard! He is so knowledgeable and helpful!

You can find everything there, however I do think there is not enough assistance with a staff…. But, there are knowledgeable and nice people.

I had a few returns from the holidays and found these Hurley shorts! First I’ve seen of them. So happy to pick them up! The returns were super easy. The staff was very friendly, attentive and the store was clean and well kept.

I bought a Titleist players golf glove. I suggest you get the insurance so that when it wears out you can get another one for $4 instead of $26

I randomly go in here to buy sneakers or to check out clothing. Service always great. Yesterday while riding my bicycle my seat came loose, I went in and a young gentleman came over and fixed what was needed, and explained why it was loose. amazing service, this is why I shop local. Store is well maintained always clean and they have a great selction of stuff.

Great experience here! Mike who loaded my equipment up was so nice & helpful. Very refreshing getting such good service. He really made everything fit inside my 2 door challenger. I was shocked! Thanks Mike! I hope Dick’s knows what a great employee they have.

The best customer service!! Everyone I have spoken with on the phone and interacted with in the store has been incredibly helpful and friendly! I just dropped off a bike and Anthony was fabulous!!

Went with my daughter to get her new soccer cleats. The service was really nothing short of Amazing!!! We didn't really knew what to get and we got help from an associate in the new soccer section. His name is Camilo. Very knowledgeable guy who played soccer himself so he knew what he was talking about. I don't think we would buy the cleats if it wasn't for his help!!! When we went to pay they had some problems with the computer system and we were helped by a guy named Brandon and the store manager himself. Really a great experience- thank you guys for a job well done.

Pretty good although a pair of spandex is 35 dollars from Nike... But I liked it. (: Also the exit is behind the store which was kind of confusing because it led to a gated community, then I realized that it was hidden by a bunch of trees so that wasn't fun... Overall pretty good store and the Ross next to it has some of the same stuff for less money so if your looking for the same stuff but cheaper try the Ross next door ;)
