This store is clean and organized! They have a good children's area for kids to look at toys and stay pacified and a nice coffee shop for some coffee love.

The selections are great and always up-to-date. I've pretty-well always found the books I've looked for which are primarily business, development, and dieting! Love BAM!

So many books, games, fun things to look at. The coffee shop in it had Harry Potter themed drinks. Great place to find a gift for yourself or someone else or just enjoy an afternoon reading with a fun beverage

This place is like my second home
I come here with my boyfriend all the time and the cafe drinks are amazing, my favorite part is how many manga books they have
It’s kinda expensive here but it’s worth it to me, the books and other stuff they have are really good quality and very worthy of spending my money on

Everyone there is so knowledgeable and friendly. So many books to choose from that we stop, select books, have coffee, and one of their great treats. Absolutely no rush just the way small bookstores use to be when they had space for a café but with the benefits of inventory.

As a book lover, I could spend hours in this store! It's well organized, clean and has just about anything you could want. If you don't want to pay full price for a book, they have discounts for being a BAM member where you can get up to 40% off in some cases. If you don't want to be a member, there are plenty of Bargain Books to browse through in the back. I got a book that retails for $18.99 for only $3 yesterday! There are places to sit and read if you want to do that. Lots of children's books and other things. There is a coffee shop in the store. They are requiring masks right now, and actually made an announcement while I was shopping because apparently someone had come in and then taken their mask off. They reminded customers that they required masks to be worn at all times. The young lady who checked me out was very nice. She asked me if I would like to add a bag of coffee to my order for our troops overseas, and I thought that was very cool because I have a nephew who is in the Army. Great store!

Everone there is very friendly and helpful. Kayla is exceptional and good representative for the company.

Huge selection, great loyalty program, and the coffee shop is wayy better than Starbucks! Everyone in the family would enjoy it here and there is a nice little seating area to enjoy coffee and read all day!! Plus they have a get clearance section!! I went the other day for the first time and can't wait to go back!!!

I always love going to books a million. I usually go twice, maybe three times a month. The staff is always very kind and courteous. Just all around wonderful atmosphere

Had the cheese cake frappe and bought an expensive coloring book that I definitely didn't need. They have so much neat little nostalgic things to buy. Definitely don't go here if you are an impulse buyer .

Very nice fully equipped (new) books store. Reminded me personally of a Barnes & Noble store.

It's great , situated like all BAM! but in my own opinion its a little smaller, but the store was also full of people so it may appear small. Lots of stuff to choose from and a teeny tiny cafe area to read books.

I always enjoy coming to BAM even if it's just to window shop. They have such a great selection of not only books but collectibles as well. They are fairly priced and their staff is kind and courteous and that has me coming back again and again.

The staff here is great! Whenever I pay i always end up having a pleasant conversation about the book I bought with them. Their cafe also has delicious drinks and snacks to buy! It's a good place to sit down and relax, maybe read the first few pages of a book your thinking if getting to see if you'll like it or not. I literally spend whole afternoon in this store and always want to take home all of its contents.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! This bookstore has plenty of variety and clearance books + if you have the yearly membership it discounts 10% off. Great savings!

They have manga, Pop! figures, D&D sets, graphic tees and small knick knacks.

The Joe Muggs Coffee Shop has great seasonal drinks and takes the membership discount as well.
