Very nice sales associate. He helped me obtain a new phone since my old one had water damage. He also loaded all my photos and data over to my new phone and he even helped me apply my new Verizon card and $100 pre paid Visa card to my purchase today.

Was greeted at the door by a friendly, smiling face. He Remembered I had come in yesterday but I didnt know the exact the connection i needed. I brought the frayed cord with me this time, as he suggested, and he took me to the right one. Bought it.

Kevin is great. Very knowledgeable and patient. Was able to resolve my phone issues.

Kevin was the best! He not only helped us order a phone, he explained a lot of things that I did not understand about the different functions. The other assistants were also good, but Kevin stood out with providing excellent customer service.

Although quite busy, Kevin was quite attentive to every customer. He was a master multitasker who remained engaged with each customer without losing time on his present task. Kevin’s expertise and attention to the individualized need of each customer was amazing and appreciated.

Everthing went smoothly and the employee was helpful BUT making an online appointment isn't helpful at this store as they aren't notified of the online appointments.

Back in service! Thanks to Kevin at Go Wireless in New London! He hooked me up and did what several other Verizon stores and Best Buy could not make happen until Thanksgiving...then got me an upgrade! All with a sense of humor and top notch customer service!

Ken helped us, and he was terrific. He's extremely knowledgeable (in our case about I-Phones), superb at answering questions, and more than willing to spend time helping with the set up of the phone and the transfer of data from the old one to the new one. He's also an all-round nice guy. Verizon is lucky to have an employee like him.

Jean & Christian were incredibly helpful in solving some equipment problems. The level of customer service they provided was exceptional. They were relentless in getting me a new phone. More importantly they were very patient & thorough in setting things up for me on 3 different occasions over the last 5 days. Much appreciated!!!

Visiting NH and got the most wonderful service from a girl named Carmen. Have been having problems with my phone for some time now and she was awsome. She took the time to take care of everything. I was very impressed with the customer service. One of the issues I had she finally fixed and called the other associate over to show him which I thought was very commendable.
