I was receiving a message that my SIM was failing and came in to see if there was anything that could be done. Zach was incredibly friendly and helpful and fixed it up in less than 20 minutes! I can’t recommend this location enough - and if you too have an iPhone 13 and are having SIM issues, it’s a known thing and come here to get it fixed. (:

Best customer service at the Wagner Way location! Uriah was fantastic. Easiest and seamless transfer of all my data onto my new phone. In the past when upgrading my phone, always had issues with not getting all my data from my old phone to the new phone. Knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend going to this location when you need a new phone.

Jake helped me upgrade my phone, and was absolutely wonderful. He was so well versed and knew every answer to all my questions. It was a pleasure having him help him and being so quick about it as well.

I had an issue with my SIM card and came to the Verizon store near my house. Zach from the store was extremely helpful and got me back up and running in not time. Zach made it a very pleasant experience.

I stopped by this store to switch my daughter over to my plan. By the time we were done we walked out with a free new iPhone14, a free iPad and several free accessories. Basically just paid the taxes. Jake was fantastic help and made the entire transfer process easy and painless. Thanks for the great service! I will be back.

Highly recommend this location. Unlike the other Verizon in Eden Prairie, this one allows walk-ins (the other requires an appointment). The 2 employees there were very helpful and personable. You didn't feel forced to opt into services you didn't want. I walked in, purchased a phone and walked out without any complications.

Uriah was very helpful in helping me find my new phone. He was very polite and had great information with the phones and different plans. I would highly recommend going with him for your phone needs!!

Context:
I have been a long time Verizon customer and a family of four. That said, I have bought a lot of iPhones over the years from multiple different stores.

My biggest challenges over the years has been two things: 1.) Lackluster customer service. AND/OR 2.) Lack of transparency in pricing. Most of my past experiences have encompassed #2. I ask for the full/total cost of the phone and they give me a price and they say $X. As the discussion progresses, the agent then says well... There is also a line fee increase... And... there is an activation fee... AND... there is taxes on the full cost of the phone, etc., etc., etc.

What happened to providing the full price of the phone? Especially when I preface the conversation with asking for 'full cost transparency'? Yesterday, was the FIRST TIME I had both #1 and #2 and it came from Zach. Further, he was kind, respectful and supportive- to both me and my teenage daughter. Thank you, Zach, for your excellent customer service! Further, thank you for serving your country as a Marine.

Uriah made my day. He was professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable. I needed a new phone and there was no appointment needed. Walked in and was taking care of immediately. I would highly recommend Uriah and this Verizon store!

Came in here due to all the positive reviews and looking for a new phone carrier. Jake was super polite and patient with me. Jake answered all the questions I asked and was thorough with the information. I can see why they have a high rating here at this store. Anyone looking to jump ship from their current phone carrier you should go out of your way and drive to this location. I would shop here again.

Great customer service! Didn’t take longer than necessary and they were very helpful with our current plan along with providing upgrades that we were eligible for.

Today was a FABULOUS day! Uriah and Jake both were very helpful, knowledgeable and kind! I had ordered the new iPhone 5 pro max from another location, said phones delivery was pushed back and when I tried calling to find out info for the last 2 weeks no one at the store answered. Not here!! Uriah answered right away and was able to get me a new iPhone 15 pro max today! His customer service was definitely above and beyond! He truly cares about who he is helping. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to buy other products and I appreciated that!
If you’re looking for a Verizon store that can actually help you, I highly suggest this EP location, and make sure to ask for Uriah or Jake!
