This location is staffed with some of the friendliest and most helpful people I've had the pleasure of doing business with! Great selection of products. The store branded products are of good quality and priced fairly. Overall this is my favorite place to shoppe! Pun intended.

The staff pointed me to what I wanted as soon as I walked in.

Having worked in retail, I know that last-minute customers who show up right when the store is about to close, can be a real pain. Today, I called the Maplewood, MN location to ask the sales associate what would be the easiest way to place an order, knowing that my friend was on his way and may arrive close to closing time. The sales associate asked what it was I was looking for and instructed me to visit the website and place the order; in the meantime, he would prepare the order and wait for my friend's arrival. My friend showed up at 7pm (the store closed at 7pm), but true to his word, the sales associate ran right out to hand deliver the order. Wow! Talk about amazing customer service!! Too often in the retail industry, we hear about poor customer service. However, my friend and I want to extend our gratitude to this worker for going out of his way to make our experience exceptional. While we didn't get his name, we are hoping that this review gets recognized and our thanks is passed on to him.

Today i returned my product that i bought on January 28th, even though they have a policy of only returning things 30 days after the purchase date. The associate that helped me is named Donna, and she was soooo friendly and helpful!! She accepted my return and gave me store credit which was fine, because i shop there regularly. I am extremely impressed and grateful that she honored my request!! I will definitely keep going there!!

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They work around your goals and they honestly tell you what's the best thing for the results you want. Most stores would try to make you buy the most expensive products but, the employees here are very honest and give you a bigger outlook on what's best and practical. ( rather than what you think you need based on social media and etc).

Jesse was SO good to me when I came in early even though my online order wasn't yet ready (because I was impatient). Answered my questions and was very helpful! I usually go to Woodbury but this will definitely be my 2nd choice if something is out of stock!

This is my go-to place for all my vitamins and supplements. I used to buy my vitamins on amazon but after realizing that not all sellers on amazon are authorized retailers, I felt much more comfortable purchasing my vitamins from this shoppe. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they will price match amazon. Beyond that, their customer service is worth the extra few dollars I might end up spending to purchase products there. I had an issue with a return and the manager (Donna) went above and beyond to take care of me. I can’t recommend this shoppe more!

I purchased ashwagandha for the first time yesterday and I appreciated the customer service! It's hard to come across nowadays.
