AT&T Store

Ana was awesome! I’ve been to this store location before & that experience was awful & I left the store really angry. This time I actually prayed before I entered the store. Ana was very kind, sincerely caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Her level of customer service was well above excellence! Thank you!!!

The new store manager Gina was amazing. I had been fighting to get the activation fees removed from my account as promised by one of the reps that came to my house during my fiber install. After repeatedly contacting that rep to fix the issue with no return call from him Gina was able to reach out to his manager to get the issue resolved. Gina also corrected the other issues on my account and even managed to save me a little extra per month. I am very satisfied with her care and attention to detail. I will only be returning to this location in the future.

Ronnie was very helpful today. On a scale of 1-10 the service was a 10! I had many questions and every answer he had was exactly what I needed to hear. Ronnie explained things in a way that I could understand. I was treated with respect and felt comfortable asking questions without the fear of feeling dumb for asking. I appreciate the great service. It was worth the 10 minutes I waited. It was very busy because it's the holiday season but I was greeted right away and put on a wait list. I was even asked while waiting if I had been helped yet. Overall Ronnie was a huge help and I would consider him for employee recognition

My wife's phone went crazy. I tried to reset but couldn't. My wife has a business and needs her phone. Renee in the Sunrise store took the phone and finally got it to reset. She found a suspicious app and deleted it. She followed up and deleted more suspicious apps. My wife's phone is now working. Renee was professional and amazingly competent, we had a good some of the best customer service ever. Her demeanor was perfect and She never got frustrated or angry and fixed the problem in a few minutes. We found the next store manager.

The store was clean, neat, and the energy was positive and upbeat. My rep was super helpful, personable, and kind. His name was Zach I believe. He helped us understand the entire process, options, and costs. He was very thorough and actually helped accommodate us when the phones we wanted were unavailable. He also helped me set up my device and helped me pick the best products for me, including the replacement screen protector package, phone case, and accessories. It was the cell phone store experience that I didn't get at T-Mobile and Verizon plus the amazing military discount.

I experienced the best customer service setting up my new internet with the help of Javier Moreno and Richard from ATT in Citrus Heights. True dedication to customer service. The attention to providing service for my family was beyond my expectations. Thank you so much to both these guys. Keep up the professionalism and care to your customers. Job well done!

I came in to get the new iPhone 15+ and all of the stuff was amazing. The store manager was professional and polite and Annabelle was AMAZING! She made sure to check on me while I waited for the phone delivery. Once the phone arrived, I was helped and I was so pleased with my service! This is the best AT&T store I have ever been too! The staff is amazing, friendly, professional and I’m always happy when I leave!!

I came in and was quickly greeted by Ron. Ron is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered each and every question. I'm new to ATT and really needed a lot of help. Ron was very patient with us. Thank you Ron

Thank you to Spencer and the staff at this location for being helpful despite the fact that my problem was not their fault.

I was defrauded by an AT&T authorized retailer in Orlando, Florida while replacing a bricked phone.

The Orlando store had fraudulently signed me up for a "4 Device protection plan" that I had never agreed to when I purchased a new Pixel 8 as part of an upgrade plan.

I was helped promptly, treated with respect and given the proper resources to resolve my problem.

If you can, I would avoid "authorized retailers" and deal directly with ATT stores.

Edit: I was back in to upgrade a different phone on our account and was helped by Kevin, who offered a good customer experience. He was very polite in offering other services and was receptive to what I was interested in and what I wasn't.

Family has been with with att and Cingular for 20+ years. This location has been best. Helps sort out any questions or requests. Ronnie was especially helpful, props to him. Thanks everyone at this location.

Ronnie helped me out a ton!! After an associate at a different AT&T store gave me some really bad advice I went from an old phone I wanted to upgrade to broken phone that wasn’t going to get an equitable trade in value. I explained what was going on and he gave me my options, I did not like any of them so I called customer service while in the store and he sat with me on the phone helping me to get the best customer care. Ultimately he double checked my account to make sure all the promises corporate made were reflected on my account. While we waited he wrote me a paper comparing appropriate changes in my services with my new device. Super helpful, patient and kind. Definitely recommend this location especially Ronnie.

Sorry I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but I came in last night 8/15/23 about 8:20pm to see if I can upgrade my phone cause my screen was broken and it was time for a new phone. He got me all set up, my phone was having an issue transferring data but he stayed with me 20 minutes past closing, all other employees left and he stayed to help. He went above and beyond and I appreciate it. Fortunately when I got home on my Wi-Fi the update went through and all my pics and contacts transferred over to my new phone. So thank you to the AT&T on sunrise for helping me out last minute and staying late to help me out. I was expecting them to turn me away because it was close to closing time but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you

I had the best customer service from the AT&T employee name Ronnie, he was extremely helpful. He educated me on the process and how my new phone would work, went over every single detail regarding my billing, taxes everything and was very patient.! The best customer service I’ve ever had!

I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store yesterday!There was no wait. My technician was incredibly helpful! She help me figure out what I needed to get and helped me get the best deal. It was the best AT&T experience I've ever had!

I lost my phone today and didn't know what to do, so I went to the AT&T store (has never happened to me). Matt Grashoff was awesome...he helped me get logged into my apple account to locate my phone and even called it a few times. The second call someone picked up. Thank you Matt for taking the time to help and get me reunited with my phone!!!

Att is usually on their game. I’ve had other networks and nothing compares. The reps are always willing to help you when you walk in. Shout out to Ronald for providing great customer service and getting me all set up. He was patient and double checked everything to make sure he did not make any errors. Highly recommend this team.

I've been with AT&T for over 26 years. Since they were called Cellular One. Then Cingular. Great store. They've always helped me out with whatever I need, which hasn't been much.
