West Point Lube Express

The service at Lube Express is exceptional. I had scheduled an oil change prior to a long driving trip. When they found the front brakes were in bad condition and heard I was driving the next day, they squeezed my car in the same day to fix the brakes. I appreciate their extra effort and am so glad my car is safe to drive out to New York. Thank you Can!

We were leaving town and they were able to give us an oil change with very short notice. When I arrived my car was serviced at the scheduled time and I was in an out in less than 20 minutes and they also replaced a very dirty air filter. They showed me the dirty filter and the brand new one before installing. Prices were great and staff was very pleasant. I will definitely be going back and recommend them to everyone.

I had my oil changed there again as I always do as I purchased it from West Point Auto Sales. I'm in and out within 15 to 20mn, the prices are lower than the city.. I also like the ride out to beautiful Mattawan as well.

Only place i take my car

I was a loyal customer for years, and recommended them to my husband for a diagnosis of a rattling type noise. The employee didn’t bother to log this request, so when there was a problem later it was like the diagnosis didn’t even happen. It turned out to be a timing belt, which when it broke just a few weeks later caused a rod to punch a hole in the engine block. $7000 to repair, so we ended up having to get a new vehicle. It was outrageously expensive, and would have been an easy and cheap fix had the mechanic done his job in the first place. Any mechanic worth his salt would have at least checked into it, given the age and mileage of the car.
