Really good place to go to get good service in great phones

The cricket store in Midland MI is absolutely amazing. Ruthie helped me switch my plan to cricket and also was able to save me so much money in the process. I highly recommend Cricket as it’s wonderful coverage at half the price! I’ve never been to a cell phone service center and have had so much kindness and patience shown. Thank you so much Ruthie and Mike for all you do for Cricket customers ❤❤❤.

Can't remember his name, but the gentleman that works there was very helpful when I was purchasing a phone last week. I went there intending to buy an Iphone. He would've made more money on his sale by selling me one but he still helped me find a phone with better capabilities for a better price. While ringing it up, he realized that he grabbed one of last year's model phones and even though I wouldn't have known the difference and they're the same price, he insisted on getting me that year's model instead. He also realized while ringing me up that I had a protection plan on my iphone that was damaged and even though he could've potentially lost a sale by telling me that he still informed me that I could go that route if I wanted. All in all he was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable and I will be sure to go back in the future!

Needed help understanding how to change all my info from one phone to another including photos and contacts, Your cellular rep Ruthie Simmons offered help and encouragement on how to proceed with this issue. I received nothing short of fantastic customer service. Definitely will be a returning customer!!!

Although Cricket doesn't work at my house my version doesn't work at his. So Cricket is his best choice. He and his daughter are on a plan that includes the hotspot. This plan was alot better than their AT&T plan. Staff personnel was friendly, knowledgeable, walked us through changing the plan over and setting up their new account. Best service. 5 star

Mike was awesome. He told me how to get the best price for unlimited calling and set it up in less than 5 minutes. He's a magician.
