If they don't have your part, and they can't order it, you might be in a pickle. The staff know what's up and are extremely helpful, also can be hella busy, extra respect when it is cause everyone is getting parts. Your getting parts, she's getting parts. Everybody needs the right parts.

Went in 20 minutes before they were closing one evening to have my battery checked. A nice lady hooked it up and checked the battery. it was bad, but I was happy. my alternative was to buy an alternator. they were both about the same price, but a lot more work goes into replacing an alternator than a battery.

Always helpful and can get what's needed quickly from other stores.

Nice friendly staff and convenient for the Havelock area part store went there for a Spark plug and matched up the Plug with the other one I had to make sure it was the size I Needed for a snow blower at Work

Very helpful. Some of the employees have real repair experience and old school experience. I’d liken this Carquest to an older ace hardware where Oriellys would be a Menards.
