I've never been to this Walgreens until today. I was running late for my flu shot appt, but I called ahead and Patricia was helpful checking me in on-time. I appreciated her customer service as she didn't have to do that, but it made the process smooth when I arrived. Flu shot was done quickly too.

My Walgreen's was unexpectedly closed and my prescriptions were ready to be picked up inside. This Walgreen's location was able to transfer and fill everything for me no issues same day, but with enough time allowed for the staff to do a full and thorough job. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Pharmacy technicians and Pharmacists like every healthcare provider (like everyone else in our country) are under extreme pressure like no other time in history. Remember to thank them for their help and service!

The pharmacy at this location has the best staff. I hope everyone is more appreciative and calm with them because they have had to deal with some difficult customer behavior. It is standard to have to wait for your prescriptions to be ready. Their service is GREAT.

I was in the area and decided to stop into Walgreen's to grab a few things. I figured it was a good time since my kids were home sleeping. More times than not, the employees working the night shift aren't the nicest, especially on a Saturday night. David, our cashier, was the opposite of what I was used to dealing with. Thank you Elk Grove Walgreen's for employing such pleasant individuals who make customers have a positive shopping experience. I definitely will be back when I'm in the area.n

I want to compliment Julie in pharmacy.she was so helpful when i drove thru the pharmacy by the window and she helped me get a few items in the store plus water she had the manager bring it out to me by my car. I compliment the manager also . Thank you for this service i really apprecated Julie and this mgr.Im a senior and i didnt want to take a chance getting anything.What GREAT EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE .

Pharmacist explains medication side effects and when better to take before ,after with food or on empty stomach.Medcation refill fast .Staff attitude friendly and unhurried.
