After my doctor in Chicago heights sent my script here I was beyond frustrated. And then looking at these reviews I was going to panic having to call them. But they transferred my script with no issues at all! I will say it was weird that they didn’t have my meds in stock though! For days they’ve been trying to fill it but she told me they didn’t have it in stock. A simple antibiotic! Sorry to everyone else who’s had a bad experience. But the lady on the phone was also very nice to me too!

I just want to say that I worked with the public for many years. Vet tech, CNA & retail. I understand that it’s crazy at the pharmacy, I have had issues too getting my meds, but we have been in a pandemic for what seems like years now, people have walked out on their jobs because they won’t be vaccinated or they have lost child care etc which has left a lot of places very shorthanded. Being a pharmacist or pharmacy tech is not easy in normal times, I just want to thank Victoria the pharmacist at the Park Forest Walgreens and Jennifer who I just talked to this morning and was sweet as could be and very helpful. Victoria is the best not only does she try so hard to help her customers, including my husband and I, also a few of my neighbors know her by name. And do you know what? she knows all our names whether we call or whether we’re standing there in line waiting she looks at me and says “Hi Mrs. Pisani” before I even open my mouth. So please try to give her and her team including Jennifer a break. Before you all start jumping on me for a positive review for this pharmacy next time you’re in there, stand and watch these poor people trying so hard to do their jobs. Nobody is standing around talking, laughing taking personal phone calls, they are busting their butts!! You can only do so much. I appreciate their hard work and I will continue to stay a customer at the Walgreens in Park Forest because of Victoria and her team.

I LOVE THIS WALGREENS NEVER HAD A PROBLEM HERE, EVERYONE IS VERY FRIENDLY. THE MANAGER MANUELA IS SO PROFESSIONAL & ALWAYS NICE.

I go here quite often because they're close to home. The workers are always busy, but never fail to say "Welcome to Walgreens" when someone walks in the door. The store itself is always neat. The pharmacy is almost always busy. Sometimes frustratingly so. But they've always been professional and friendly during my visits.

I have been using this pharmàcy for 9 years and never had a complaint.

I don’t know if this is a store or corporate issue however upon checking the website which I’ve found to be pretty accurate it always states this store has the items in stock with a quantity above 5 but the store never seems to have it. Total waste of time and effort.

Traditional place to shop and get great sales and bonus points for shopping.

I went for a photo pick up. 5/21
The store is alright. The photo counter is a MESS. NO ONE was there. The cashier had to come help me out, only after about a few minutes waiting. Someone should really be at the photo counter at all times not just have the cashier do both jobs.

Store seemed clean and stocked. The cashier welcomed me into the stores as well as other cudtomers which was a nice touch
