Sergio was an amazing help. Did alot to get some issues fixed on my bill. I will come back to this store.

The Rep or maybe she was the manager, who help me was Marielena. She was amazing, super friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Clearly explained all the options and which would best fit my needs. I have been with AT&T for years and the customer service is usually mid 3 stars. But on my first trip to this location the customer service was great. I will recommend all my family and friends go to her with whatever they have going with AT&T. Thank you Marielena

The genuine empathy, the patience and really just taking the time to listen rather than hear is what I hold dearly when I look for good customer service. Gabriel and his team provides this, I could tell that this is the culture he has been instilling within the work environment. Caring and Understanding!

This is by far my Favorite AT&T store! The manager is always helpful and answers my questions. The store is always clean and. I never wait too long to be helped.
I switched over from T-Mobile and it is by far the best choice!

Best service I’ve ever received at any ATT store. The two female employees were very informative and explained to me, in detail (didn’t feel rushed at all) about issues I had regarding a recent billing problem. Also did a great job putting the screen protector on my iPhone which I had previously purchased. Outstanding customer service!!

I did an upgrade with Gabriel on my business account. He is Very knowledgeable and experienced. I’ve recommended him to friends & family.

Everyone at the store was great. I brought my 82 yr old grandmother in to get her own service and data plan . The entire staff was patient and willing to trouble shoot the many issues we had until her iPhone was working properly. Technology doesn't always Cooper but this store did an excellent job getting us what we needed in a timely manner.

I went to the store because my phone was locked and the store representative Vidal was very polite, asked what the issues were and was able to get my phone operational.
Once that was completed, he reviewed my account with me and made some recommendations.
Vidal was helpful, professional and was able to solve my problems.
I’ve been coming to this store for over 5 years and he was the best representative I have ever worked with.
He is a credit to your organization.

I needed to upgrade my four year old phone and had many questions regarding the various new cellphone models and service plans. Sales associate Christian was an awesome help being patient, knowledgeable and professional. He really took the time to answer all my questions explaining each service plan and different phone models as well as their new features. I had a great experience and definitely recommend this AT&T store.

Jonathan Dixon is a first rate sales person. He has helped me on successive weeks with a difficult transaction involving two phones. Not only did Jonathan stay late by an hour after work hours to help me with my issues, he held a phone for my daughter a week later when he wasn't even sure I'd come back. He gave us first class service on both occasions and I'm very appreciative.

Great service by Jose! He took all the time needed to answer our questions and gave us the best deal possible. Even though there were several customers in the store and he was by himself, he didn't rush or panicked - very professional!

I went to this store to get a new phone switching from Verizon. Everyone was extremely helpful! Antonio was very knowledgable about the products. He and Daniel assisted me with my initial purchse and they were both very friendly! I came back a couple days later because I wanted a better version of the phone which Rafael and Alonzo assisted me with. I literally worked with pretty much everyone who works at this location and they were nothing but helpful and polite. I am very happy with my switch and look forward to having AT&T, what a great impression!

The guys/ clerks at the store were attentive, as soon as I walked in. They were prompt to take care of my needs and had my on my way in less than 15min. Which I appreciated for a Saturday. They work well as a team!

Everyone in the store is very friendly. I came in two days in a row for two different things and Antonio was extremely helpful. He assisted me with everything and we were able to get it all taken care of. There wasn't a long wait at all. The store is very clean. This is my go to store.

My husband and I have been customers with AT&T well over 13 years, and have been coming to this location for the past 5 years. We haven’t had the best of service... Until now:) we just recently upgraded our phone and internet speed... I highly recommend Jonathan!! he had made the process nice and smooth, with a GREAT!!! experience. Today was amazing! Came into the store and spoke with Rafael. Tried to activate some service but couldn't. I had to come back and THANK GOODNESS I did!!
Antonio was so helpful from the minute I walked (more like barraged 😂) thru door. He took the time to explain the best deal, went over every option and answered my relentless list of questions!!

I walked out a very Happy & Satisfied customer!! I will be returning for all my needs.
