The person that took care of me and my son was very helpful and took her time explaining everything in layman terms and took initiative and her consideration for what we were looking for was amazing. She gets a 10 for effort, communication and efficiency!

Great and quick experience here at Fleet Feet Round Rock. Got a foot and gait analysis done within 5 minutes (full free analysis emailed over to you! photo of the first part of the process below) and then got the instant help I needed to get the optimal footwear for my walking style/foot shape.

Nick walked me through the whole process and gave me all the information I needed about different options I was considering. Great staff! And I love being able to try on different running shoes in person.

This place is amazing. They are very informative and care about their customers. Quinton assisted my daughter in getting fitted for the right type of running shoe for her feet. He went above and beyond with service and was able to answer the questions and concerns we had. Most importantly Quinton was very friendly and made this process very comfortable for my daughter. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for the right fit and good comfortable shoes.

From the moment you walk in it feels like how shoe shopping used to be. We were greeted immediately after walking into the store. All employees were very friendly. Quinton provided exceptional customer service while helping us. After we described what we were looking for he gave great suggestions and recommendations. He prepared each shoe to try on, put it on my daughters foot, tied it and asked her how it felt. He checked to see if the fit was proper (old school shoe shopping). He told us the differences between the two shoes she was trying on and was extremely friendly. I was shocked at the level of service this store provides and will definitely be back.

As I expressed my interest in taking up running, despite my limited knowledge on the subject, Seth proved to be an invaluable resource. His assistance was comprehensive, addressing every query I had with utmost professionalism. I am currently in training for a 10k and went in to Fleet Feet to browse for some shoes. I was quickly approached by a worker for help and they went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect shoes for my feet! Lucas helped me out and was very nice and extremely knowledgeable in helping me find shoes that were the best for my feet and then helped me narrow it down to what I believe is a perfect shoe to help me train for my race! Will definitely be coming here again and recommending to my friends and family.

We walked into the store late evening and were welcomed with a smile by Michael. He was very thorough, detail oriented and made sure me and my husbands analysis was done right.
Even though the store closed, he stayed after hours to understand our needs and get us the right fit.Store dint had colors that we like so we ordered online but credit goes to Michael for making our experience wonderful.
Fun fact: My 4 yr old also got analysis done just cuz he wanted to copy what mom and dad were doing. Thank u Michael for taking care of that too.😊

This is a must for everyone, I went in skeptical and left a happy customer. I went in on a Sunday and did not wait long experience was great learned a lot about my feet and the right type of shoe I need to look for. Customer service was great young lady that helped me was great and was extremely patient at no point did I feel rushed to make a decision.

Visited Fleet Feet in RR this evening and got another foot scan, a new pair of sneakers and inserts. Emma helped me find the perfect pair and she’s very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Thankfully my foot hasn’t changed much but a new pair of sneakers always feels great! The foot scan is free.

Lucas was the best fleet feet representative I have ever had. I've been to fleet feet's nationwide and this was the best experience I've had. When he told me he was still in high school I couldn't believe it. His understanding of feet and shoes is unparalleled to any other representative nationwide.

My experience at Fleet Feet Round Rock was exceptional. I went into the store looking for a new pair of running shoes and I was met by Jalen who was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was intuitive, listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had along with being completely thorough in trying to help me find the right shoe for me. As a person with, not only very high arches but also a very high instep, it is sometimes quite the challenge to find the right shoe for me. Jalen was patient and, again, understanding. He was amazing with helping me make the right decision. I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase any other shoe than the one I felt the most comfortable with. I highly recommend Fleet Feet Round Rock for all your run, walk, everyday, fun shoe needs!!

Great place to get fitted for the right shoe. I've been many times and just recently took my 10 yr old daughter who is impossible to find shoes that her picky feet will wear. We left with a pair she is sure to love!

I have always had great service and gotten great shoes at this store. The person who helped most recently did a particularly good job of matching me to the correct shoe for my needs.

I had a wonderful experience here. First time shopping with fleet feet. A guy named Nick helped me. He was fantastic and really listened at what I needed. I stand on my feet for 8 hours a day. He also let me try some inserts that are so comfortable. I bought those also. I wanted two pairs, different colors but only one color in stock. So I bought one pair and inserts. And ordered the other pair online and I can't wait for them to arrive. Best service and I'll definitely be telling others to shop with them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I was looking for a new pair of running shoes and they set me up with the perfect ASICS! Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a new pair of running shoes that fit your foot scan results!

Was here to get a pair of shoes for my wife. Colton literally went above and beyond to make sure she gets the perfect fit. He could’ve just rolled with flow and thrown anything at us and we would’ve not known better. Instead he not only was patient when my wife took almost 30 minutes to find the perfect pair but was also making sure she gets more information on the shoe and her feet.
He was kind enough to teach us about runner loop and help her tie it.
Not only we will be back here but we will only shop here for our shoes and slides.

Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good shoe selection. Nice scanning pad available to evaluate your step/arch and help with the selection of your running shoe.

The associate who helped me was very attentive, patient, and kind while I was trying on the 3 pair of 13 wide size shoes they had in the store. I was not aware of the technology they have to see your actual foot size until I read other reviews. I will be returning to take advantage of these services. The shoes I picked are very comfortable. I might buy another pair when I return.

Great experience…Seth at the Round Rock store was awesome to work with. He made sure we got properly fitted for shoes and insoles and was patient with us while wanting to try on multiple pairs.
