Needed some business cards and Jennifer was super sweet, friendly, caring and responsive. She was very prompt with providing a draft and had them ready the next day after the okay. The cards were perfect for my needs.
Would highly recommend this UPS store!

I can't recall her name, but she cut a massive stack of papers for us for free since it was for our children's church. The day before, we needed fingerprinting and the machine got wonky. Another lady was so patient.. Awesome people at this store!!!

Copying to specific dimensions is difficult but these workers are very conscientious and work to get everything perfect with a nice attitude. I appreciate them!

I honestly don’t see why there is any bad reviews on this place. It’s clean, very organized, and the ladies are super nice. I was struggling this morning to carry 2 packages in and TRALISE helped me before I made it to the door and was super generous. I’ve been charged $2.00 plus tax for a single piece of tape at another local UPS store, she taped my box right up! Daphne UPS has my business!

I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff was very helpful. Megan, Izzy and Olivia are very knowledgeable about all the different types of shipping. The also make amazing prints/designs!! I highly recommend visiting this UPS Store.

If I need to send a package or make returns, I immediately head to the UPS store on Hwy 98. The staff and manager at this location are so very cordial and kind to me and my needs. This means a lot to a senior citizen. I love the way they are always smiling and eager to help me when sometimes I’m not even sure what it is I need. Thank you and I appreciate you!

Since I began working remotely in 2021, I’ve have to use this UPS store for various needs. Always good, service. I’ve presented some complicated printing requests and the staff has always been very accommodating.

I had an Amazon return and went to the Daphne UPS. Since I am a technology challenged “senior”, I took my iPad and return. Olivia handled it all from my iPad and never made me feel incompetent. Highly recommend.
