Staff has the best customer service I have ever experienced in a metro store! They saved my business with metro! After countless stores and employees who did nothing to help me and always very rude, cathy and colton were a breath of fresh air!! They managed to help fix my issue as well as save me the time of going an switching to a competor! As long as Cathy an Colton are working with metro I will be a customer! The only negative thing I do have to say about this store in particular is the location! It's horrible! Barely seen the store had it of not been for a friend I would of never even knowm it was there! Then trying to cross over 98 a horribly busy intersection is dangerous! I would love to see this store an staff in a more known area and especially an area that's not as dangerous to get into!

Location was hard to fine but once I found it the customer service was outstanding the young guy Colton was a great help. The only reason I gave 5 stars was because of the customer service location not so great.

Nice clean store. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I drive about 40 minutes from home just to visit this store for my phone needs. Best metro store I have dealt with.
