The UPS Store

Came to get my little one's passport picture taken- I loved the vibe of all of the ladies working up front (so sweet!) and I am so appreciative that they were all so helpful in getting my little one to look at the camera!

Ladies y'all are doing great and made our errand a fun one!

The staff at this store has given me fantastic customer service when I'm in town on business. I lost my tracking number after sending a package from the store last week. I emailed on Monday night asking for help and by very early Tuesday morning I got a call with delivery update information. When I've been in the store they are typically busy but efficiently helping people to keep the line moving.

Great place to ship and also drop off Amazon returns. The staff is always friendly and helpful with my shipping needs. Sometimes there’s a wait but they move quick and I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes. 👍🏼

Stopped by to print resume and credentials yesterday. Respectful and accommodating, Ian provided excellent customer service. I definitely will patronize this store/printing service again!

I have used this UPS store for years and never had a problem. I just so happen to look at the reviews and I was very surprised. I was in there today and everyone was friendly and helpful and were greeting people as they came in.

Tiffany was wonderful, she is always so cheerful and she makes the store experience pleasant.

Very nice employees, all were very knowledgeable. I do believe it took me all about 15min to get my box shipped. Great experience. Parking can be tight.
