I had an outstanding experience at Supplement Superstores, particularly at the Black Bob location in Olathe, Kansas. Blake Moore's welcoming demeanor, exceptional service, and profound knowledge in supplements made my visit memorable. He answered all my questions with ease, showcasing a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend this store, especially with such excellent staff.

I want to give a shout out to S2. I finally decided that losing weight was a priority and I needed to get a scan. I had never been in a S2 store and was very unsure on what to expect. As soon as I walked into the store I felt welcomed and was helped by very knowledgable staff. They answered all my questions and even gave us a sample of Element protein to see if we liked the taste before we purchased. We left very impressed! But there is more, within a week I received a handwritten note from Paula thanking us for coming in and if we had questions to reach out! This demonstrated the care that we felt on day one. Every time I go back in, I am greeted by name and they are so encouraging about my journey. To say I am pleased is an understatement! Thank you S2

My wife and I wanted to get information and start a plan for weight loss. Both of us want a healthier me moving forward and we both felt diet was the next step. We met with Paula who was happy and excited to join us on this adventure. She explained everyone that works at SS is a nutritionist and not earning commission. She was able to answer our questions and set us up with product that made sense to our lifestyle. She also helped design a menu for the week. Options were given. If there is something we didn't like many alternatives were given and in one example let me keep something in my normal routine there. We are excited to get going on this journey.

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews but this store truly deserves my time to write this. Below are the reasons why I will be a customer for life.

1. Trustworthy and helpful staff- Blake truly cared about my goals. I told him I was going to buy a supplement and he said “don’t waste your money on that, it doesn’t fit your goals”. This staff truly had your best interest at heart and wants to see you succeed. Never once did this staff try to push me to buy something. Every staff member has a degree in some sort of health related field. Blake spent hours of his time giving my girlfriend and I our own unique food plan to reach our goals. This service was completely free by the way.
2. Education- Blake educated me on how to pick the best quality protein powder and described scientifically why these supplements were the best. After my visit to the store, I walked out a lot more knowledgeable on how the supplements I take actually help me reach my goals.
3. Have a completely free top end body scan machine. You stand on the machine and it tells you everything you would possibly need to know about your body. This is a free service and it helps you know if you’re doing enough to reach your goals or if changes need to be made.
4. Supplements are fairly priced. With all of the free services this store offers, they could easily Jack up their prices. However, they keep their prices lower than any other store I’ve visited around the area.
5. This staff forms a bond with their customers and will remember your name the moment you walk into the store. They truly are passionate about your goals and enjoy seeing you succeed.

I can’t say enough great things about the team of the Supplement Superstore in Olathe. Blake, Paula and Nick always go above and beyond to help answer my questions, check in on me and encourage me on my journey! I love being greeted by name when I walk in- it def makes me feel known. Love the team!

I have never had a bad experience here. I am always greeted by every employee as soon as I walk in the door. Every employee always asks what they can help me with, but they are never pushy. If I do have a question, they do their best to answer it as in depth as possible. I will continue to come to this store for as long as they are open and I am still physically capable!

Blake, Nick, Hunter, and Paula have all been so amazing every time I show up. They always without fail wave and introduce themselves, welcoming me in. Paula has helped me run down an excellent and 100% do-able meal plan. Ive lost a lot of weight utilizing her advice. And the advice Hunter and Blake give me for the gym has been game changing. Ive put on a lot of muscle following their advice. Hunter and Nick are excellent to talk to and converse with about anything and everything. They all as a collective staff make me feel welcome and wanted every-time I show up to even pick up something small. Thank you guys for the amazing experience at my local S2.

Each experience I have had in store has been awesome. Very customer focused and desire to help me reach my goals that I have and didn't know I had yet! Its such a positive atmosphere they create.

The staff is always exceptional knowledgeable and helpful. The supplements that have been recommended to me have been an immense help both in and out of the gym. If ever I move and there isn't an S2 in my area, I'll be ordering online and staying in contact. Always a joy to go in and see the staff.

This place always has great products, but the people are the best. So knowledgeable and friendly. They always take their time helping me find the products to match my goals.

Manager was super nice and willing to help me. Remained engaged and inquisitive to best suit my needs while managing a fairly busy store at the time of my purchase. Really well knowledgeable and helpful.

The employees are very knowledgeable and great in conversation. They have awesome prices and great supplements. I suggest if you haven’t been you need to go. I have referred many friends and family and will continue to shop there myself for the foreseeable future.

I can't say enough about Nick and Cody. I knew nothing about how to begin in my new health journey. They explained the products well and explained what NOT to take based on the prescriptions I am currently on. Thank you Nick and Cody for your patience and for working with me. I will definitely be back!

I am a football player and was only interested in protein. Blake introduced himself and after finding what I needed I received a card in the mail wishing me good luck with football and letting me know he is there advice etc. I came in a couple of weeks later seeking advice to take for supplements because I’m an athlete and want to perform at my best and build muscle. I was not forced into a purchase. Blake took the time to make a meal plan and suggesting supplements to further my growth. I can say his advice has helped in the past month of being a customer. Blake was great and I recommend this location to everyone. I walk in and sometimes get a free water or free t-shirt and a good hello. They know how to build relationships with their customer base and being in retail myself I can appreciate that. If Blake is not store manager he should be. It feels good to have people who care about their customers and know what they are talking about. Overall 10/10 experience!

Blake, Paula, and Nick are beyond awesome! Very knowledgeable about supplements but will never force you on any product! Just genuine people looking to do anything they can to help you reach your goals and not just sell a product

I normally visit the Lee's Summit store but was I was in the area. In typical fashion the store was clean, crew was eager to help as well as knowledgeable, and everything I needed was in stock. I am glad I quit ordering from Amazon and found this place.

Restock my supplements here every time I need them. They have more selection than the S2 I used to go to as well. Super nice people who help you make a selection based on your goals and desires with fitness.

Nick at this location took his time going over all possible protein powder options for me, helping me and my picky self with what flavors and textures would be best. He was knowledgeable and completely patient. We will be retuning!

Every time I stop in this store I learn something new. That is SUPER important to me because I don't just want to be told what supplements would be good for me... I want to know why. I adore every employee at this location and they all make the experience awesome!
