Oh man, does my daughter love this store. It's like her heaven on earth. Staff is so positive and helpful. We've used them for party balloons and they did an incredible job. Also just an amazing spot to pop in with my daughter for a little treat to brighten her day. This place is a great addition to the Eastern Shore.

Too bright and colorful and too expensive

I am so disappointed. Communication ZERO. Communication between employees ZERO. Wrong color (pink @ a BOY party), wrong shape. Not like the pictures texted, twice. Not ready at pick up. I place a order Sept. 27 for a event Nov. 25, I will need to pick up 24. The person at the store was super nice. I texted them what I needed. They will contact me with price, never called. I call Nov. 4th. They can not find my order. I visit the store the following Tuesday again person is super nice, found my order, we confirm everything. Text her a picture again of what I need. They will call me to confirm everything and a price, no contact. I call 24th no answer, I text to ask what time to pick up my order. A RESPONSE!!After 4pm. Go to pick up order receive 2 of 3, will need to return to pick up the rest of order. I Can Not come back in the morning, NO! event is at 10 am I can not return at 9am. I do get 3 bundles. I accept the order because it's to late to change. I redo the order to fit my event. I will never recommend this company. I do have proof of all texted and no response to text.

I recently placed an order for Halloween on October 11th. On October 20th, I got an email that my order had been canceled do to staff error. I called the company, and they told me that they couldn’t find a box to ship it in. I said why did y’all wait 10 days to notify me of this as I was needing it for a Halloween party. Luckily, I found it from another company and they shipped it for free within one day. Very disappointed and would not recommend purchasing anything that needs to be shipped from this company.
