The guys at the store are very helpful, always makes me feel like they “listen” to me . Very knowledgeable. Always give good recommendations.

Had quite a few things needed for a project. Roman was the representative that I dealt with. He was super patient and extremely helpful. Especially in answering all of my questions. During checkout he did not have a problem setting up our account and logging all paints for future reference. I highly recommend this store and Roman!

They have a large selection of paints, and if it happens to be one they don't have they will work with you to match the exact color. In my case, the value of the color had to be fine tuned, but in the end it was a great match. One time, I went to my usual store and the base they needed was out of stock so they called another store and had my paint mixed. It was ready to go when I arrived. Great customer service!

Great service and perfect match! Went there with a little piece of drywall to have them match the paint for minor touch ups and it came out perfect!

My husband and I brought in 2 5 gallon buckets and a 1 gallon can that had been sitting in our garage since we bought our house 4/20. The paint has been thru 2 summers and the hard freeze last winter so we brought it in to have it shaken and checked to see if it was still good.

Brandon was super helpful! Luckily the paint was still good and we were able to use it to touch up some areas in and outside of our house.

We have a few more buckets to have shaken and tested and will definitely bring it back to the Woodway store.....the paint was bought there by the remodelers in 2019.

Brandon told us how to properly store the paint so we can keep it for future use.

This is a difficult time for all but the staff at Sherwin-Williams in Woodway continues to have great customer service. I was able to order over the phone, have Curbside delivery and receive helpful advice for tools/supplies I needed for my home projects.

I came in about 20 mins until close on a SUN and the guy couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a chip color matched and purchased about $75 of supplies including two cans of paint. I will always use SW for my painting needs.

Great customer service at the Woodway, Texas location. I got zero help from the Lake Air location and will do my business in Wooodway from now on. Those guys in Woodway are very knowledgeable!

Your store in Woodway, Texas rocks the house! I've been to see them many times over the years through two moves and I always get my questions answered, my purchases right on the money, and a great result when I get walls painted.

The staff at this store are great. We did not have the same experience at another location but was very happy with the Woodway store. I would highly recommend going to the Woodway location.
