Anu I think was her name, super sweet women she helped us at the register, super helpful, super friendly and saved us a lot of money!! Really appreciate her help even though we were there a little bit past closing she still took the time to help me, she deserves a raise!

They got my makeup done for free at the place inside Penny’s. I bought 3 different makeup items for really good prices.

I took my daughter and my son in so that my daughter could buy some hair care products at the salon. There was a white female with short red hair working and she was outstanding. She helped my daughter with all of her questions and gave her what she needed and also gave her free samples for other products. I did not mind spending $75 on conditioner and shampoo for my 10-year-old daughter because she felt so special due to the attention of the clerk. Thanks guys you did great! Plus my son and I played operation in the toy department while the woman was talking to my daughter.

I had to exchange jeans for my son, they were wrong size. They lady in returns was quick, friendly and helpful. Will shop there MUCH MORE, because of her kindness! Great customer service.

I haven't been in a JCPenney in years. I thought they all went out of business. I probably passed it; but if I did, I didn't even notice it

We are from Steele, AL- we have a JCPenney's in Gadsden, but we Will make the trip to Hoover any day!! 3 people made our experience worth while -Megan, Bonnie and Nicole in Jewelry. Not only were these women just beyond nice, quick on the feet and went above and beyond to help us but they are genuinely HONEST about our purchase. They each played a role in helping us understand what we were buying, the quality of our purchase, held it back as we continued to shop and thought about whether we wanted to go through with it, and made the payment process a Breeze!! They are the faces of Southern Hospitality and genuine saleswoman!!
Forget Jared's, and Kay.. spend your money with JCPenney's...you won't be sorry!!

I love me some JCPenny's. I love their sales. This store at the Galleria is a lot bigger than the one I usually go to closer to my house. They had a large selection of Men's sports coats and suit separates. I got a great deal on some new summer clothes for my husband. I always enjoy shopping here.

Very impressed even though they needed more help. The employees were very personable and polite. The store was Very, very neat. Door Windows needed to be cleaned, the displays and departments were neatly cleaned and in order. Fultondale needs to visit the Galleria Store, and take a few notes. Nice store with a good selection of both home and apparel. However, merchandise goes fast, but the associates are willing to accommodate you by locating items and ordering online. Clean and well organized!

This is a great store. Many coupons and sales all the time on quality clothing and more. They have just a few places to check out which is not good. But we got in and out tonight without to much of a wait. I love JCP in Hoover. I hope they will continue to stay open. The small amount of people worries me about what's going on with the company. But everyone was friendly and they have rewards points. Please try them.
