Excellent store well maintained and organized and FRIENDLY, my wife and I were driving from Georgia to Texas and searched for a CVS and it lead us down a dark path then all of a sudden this clean opulent store with the friendliest staff ever!!! Wish I could say the same at Dowlen anf Delaware store we use in Beaumont, Texas, you have I guess be rude and never smile to work at our location! The rudest people work there!

What a wonderful experience. My wife and I arrived at the CVS 2280 MLK,, Mobile, Al for our Covid 19 vac. From the friendly greeting as we entered the store, to the friendly greeting at the pharmacy, we felt welcomed. Amazingly, this was surpassed by the quality of service provided to us by Dr. Andrew P. Howard III. What an amazing person. Thank you!

I'm not a frequent shopper of CVS, but my visit tonight (10/18/18) @8:25pm changed my perspective of course. I was greated as soon as I entered & asked if I needed any assistance. I'm helping care for two preemie twins who needed some health supplies and there stood this small petite, black woman wearing glasses who walked around the entire store helping me collect each item on my list. She gave me the type of service you rarely see these days. I hate the fact I didn't get her name, but if anyone sees her or knows of her pls give her a big hug & thank you from Mrs. Donna! If by chance you get to see this review...thank you so much for helping me tonight and may many blessings come your way... you were a GOD sent tonight!!!

The employees are some of the best people you can find. The pharmacies have the most concerning staff that you can find. Keep up the good work.

When did they start having to swipe our card to add cash to our account......my card doesn't swipe it has a chip but I'm sure they did that so that they didn't have to recount their draw because it was 7 minutes to closing...... SMH sad😠

I went in this CVS today 5/27/19 to use the atm and use the restroom. I asked the young lady where the restroom was before i went to the atm and she simply replied, “ It’s closed” I had to use the restroom so bad i got so upset because i was literally about to wet the floor. Crossing my legs shaking i asked the young lady again why is it “closed” Like what does that even mean if the store is OPEN!?? Is it out of order? She said it’s closed because she’s the only one working and she would have to leave to walk to the back of the store and open the door for me. She should not be the only person working if I’m a customer and need to use the restroom I should be able to do so. CVS do better on this Memorial Day!

There wait time is ridiculous! When waiting on a pharmacy representative on the phone be prepared for 20 minutes + before they will even answer the phone!
