My name is Aaron and I'm an Uber Eats delivery driver and I'm in and out of this place pretty often. I like Dairy Queen for all the reasons that I don't like the other chains. Guaranteed freshness that doesn't taste like fast food , so I don't mind the wait. Cuz I know if the food is good , nine times out of 10, the reputation of the delivery drivers going to be good. Order your next lunch or dinner in the Tyler area off your Uber Eats app on your phone and I guarantee I will deliver your food the exact way I would want my own food delivered

This Dairy Queen maybe of the classic old school style Dairy Queen's but their employees rock! I went there last night. I ordered a hamburger, large onion rings and a medium oreo blizzard. I was able to order quickly and received my food in a timely manner. The drive-thru clerk was super happy and turned my blizzard upside down because she knows the rules (in case you don't... If a Dairy Queen employee serves you a blizzard, ANY blizzard and they do not turn it upside down, it's free!). I was in a blah mood when I arrived however, i drove away with a smile. I had issues last year with the Dairy Queen at the 271 and 155 junction by serving 10 fries with a meal that cost over $10. This Dairy Queen is top notch. My large onion rings was filled to the top! I recommend anyone to enjoy a treat at Dairy Queen anytime!

Outstanding customer service. We were greeted warmly upon entering and then I was thanked for my military service after the employee noticed my USAA debit card. The manager and employees also went around making sure the customers had everything they needed. Employees opened doors for customers. An employee brought my daughter sprinkles for her vanilla cone and a cup of water. It's refreshing to see a fast food business demonstrate such high level of customer service. I'll be back, and I encourage others to give this DQ location a chance.

The tacos are so good way better than any taco place. Dairy Queen does not skimp out with the meat or cheese.

Very good salad bar. The thin crust pizza was loaded (maybe a few too many onions) with plenty of flavor. Service was quick and the pizza was hot when we got it.
CORRECTION: This review is for Mazzio's Pizza, next to DQ. Sorry about that.

I bought a chicken basket with nacho cheese and they gave me gravy through the drive through I had to go in and get the nacho cheese the girl dropped the lid on the ground and made eye contact with me as she picked it up off the floor and put it on the cup. I won't be back there anymore .

This Dairy Queen is awesome. Angela is the manager and took fantastic care of us. They were getting ready to have a Christmas party for their employees which was really refreshing to see.

An older DQ in Tyler, but they whipped up my blizzard in speedy fashion and then had the cook yelling thank you and have a great day! That's people paying attention.
