I dislike going this CVS store and the one by Walnut street. As you can see in other reviews staff is not helpful.

She was very helpful and patient!!! Its been a while since I have gotten great customer service in this location.

We’ve been using them for years. Every time we need help with insurance or a coupon Miya is so nice. We’re always so glad to see her face when we pull up.

Pharmacy stays busy but the pharmacist there is always helpful. Today she helped us with our booster. Thanks!

The people at this site are always friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Rx ready within an hour, fast and courteous service. Accurate, confirms order and offers to help with any questions even after you get home.

CVS does not match online prices and charged me almost three times as much to buy medicine in store. Go to Walmart and save money!

They told me we're now busy. Your prescription will be ready in an hour. They also got my phone number and told me once your medicines are ready we'll call or text you. Ok! I came back in one and half an hour. I asked for my medicines if they are ready to pick up, It took them about 10 minutes to get them ready. That's not the end of story. Problem in reading the doctor's handwriting. The lady misread "Hip" instead of "Lip" 😒 and it was typed Hip which had nothing to do with my illness. I had a problem with my lip and was supposed to apply the medicine on my lip😊. Anyway, the lady also dropped a word written in the doctor's prescription and didn't type it on the blue cover sheet. I just came across to it when I was accidentally looking at the cover sheet and I remembered my doctor told me to apply one of the medicines to your ears as well. But there were no word of "ears" typed on the blue cover sheet stapled to medicine bag. So suppose if a absentminded patient follows exactly whatever's instructed to how to take the medicines on the cover sheet and takes on medicines wrong. So who will be responsible. I'll probably change my CVS to another one. To a CVS who take care more about their customers.

Pharmacy is Terrible because its always a waiting game. They don't have much prescription meds and always ordering them.

I've used this location as my family pharmacy since 2019. I've got every covid test there, any prescription, even supplements. This weekend my daughter ended up in ER, the doctor sent four prescriptions here at 4:40pm.. I gave it until about 5:30pm & got a young guy at the counter, I said name for pick up. He said "none of those are ready, we close in about 20 minutes, we don't even have a couple of these." I asked which ones, he said it'd take a while but he could get me two. Knowing I couldn't even take my daughter home with just 2 of the meds, I said I'd wait, he was irritated. He said do you even know the price of these & showed me, I said yes & I have coupons to use as well. After not so happily getting them, he announced he was able to fill 3 in that time instead of 2. He gave me the total & I showed him my coupons, he got mad & said it takes too long to enter those, wanted me to pay. I said "why have any customer service right?" He said "you actually want me to apply those? We close in like 8minutes, it's a weekend!" YES I do want you to apply those & he said well it's going to take a while, I said I'd wait, that the last time I used GoodRX coupons it saved me over $50. He took my phone to the back, a nicer man was trying to teach him faster ways. He came back up, my total was about $65 less. I thanked him for doing so & paid for my things. I definitely didn't chose for my daughter to go into ER, especially on a weekend. This guy is in the wrong career path for sure! I will no longer use them for anything, requested the hospital to change her next round after surgery to somewhere else. Horrible experience when a family is already going through so much!

Had to find a clerk after asking Pharmacy if there was anybody who could help me. The pharmacy person rolled their eyes letting me know the young lady, I finally found, wasn't doing her job. time around 400 pm. Never go there again...
