I would just like to thank the cashier Ryan who went and picked me out a few items for my feminine friend he told until today he had never ever been over there but he did so good even brought them to front for me before arriving and jay the pharmacist she was such great with telling me products that may also be good for me . Thank you so much Aledo CVS ! Always the best place with the kindest.

Lindsey the Pharmacist is just wonderful and the best such employee that I have ever dealt with in any CVS location. She was just super with my 84 yr old mother when she got her shingles vaccine, and she just loves Lindsey.

Excellent customer service. Though they were very busy, the customer service rep took the time to find me a better coupon than the one I had with GoodRx.

This pharmacy has improved so much in the past couple of months. Great customer service and easy immunization experience.

Absolutely love some of the workers here I don't know their names but one if them works only from Thursday to Sunday. So I only shop here on those days.

Staff here was so kind last month, they even gave us an extra box to carry stuff out

Tech fought with me and would not listen to my question about the change in prescription from the doctor. I find that very unprofessional. Had to call back and clear up the matter with another Tech who did a great job.

If I could give CVS pharmacy a NEGATIVE number, I would.
The Medicine Store was great, no problems at all.
CVS bought them out and immediately proceeded to screw up my insurance and now I can't get the medication I need (cholesterol).
The pharmacists are pissy rude and accusatory saying it's my fault they screwed up.
Totally disrespectful.
Totally incompetent.
It's a good thing that the store part is keeping the business afloat.
The pharmacy would have gone out of business a long time ago.
Shame on CVS for putting profits over people.

Watch them in the pharmacy. They tell you they are giving you the best price but they aren't. They ripped me off for $30 on a prescription. Through Good RX at the same CVS location was $30. cheaper. They will cheat you if they can get away with it.

Should be allowed to select 0 stars for this place, the pharmacy is absolutely terrible, super unorganized, you can see boxes just lying around back there, take days to fill a prescription. Save yourself the frustration, go to Brookshires or H-E-B.

The tech could was dismissive to questions and rude. We had to call a different CVS on the phone, and she reluctantly gave us the information needed to fill the prescription at another location while we had the other pharmacy on the phone. Bad customer service, a lot excuses, and an unwillingness to help.

Front of the store is great. The pharmacy is unorganized, unfriendly and overworked. Many times when the app says my scripts are ready and I go to pick them up they in fact are not ready. They recently filled my prescription wrong which almost put me in the hospital. When I brought this to Ade’s attention, the pharmacist, she was apathetic and unconcerned.

While there are at least 3 store employees who are always very kind, and I don’t have any complaints about the store part, I definitely won’t be using the pharmacy again. I always use Aledo Medicine Store, but they weren’t going to get my prescription in for 3 days, so I went to CVS to have it transferred to them. The girl that helped me wasn’t necessarily rude, but she didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry to help, nor was she friendly. Ok that’s fine. But when I had a question about some otc eye drops that I needed to ask the pharmacist about, I stood there waiting for quite awhile. The pharmacist took a phone call and when she hung up, she was sighing and acting frustrated and overwhelmed. Yes, she’s human and allowed to feel that way, but it was very unprofessional, especially considering any of us customers near the counter could see and hear her. When she finally came over to help me, she acted like she had no idea how to answer my question. I probably would have gotten more help from a random customer than I did from her. Just overall a negative atmosphere in the pharmacy department. I honestly don’t know why anyone even uses them when Aledo Medicine Store is right down the road and Brookshire’s isn’t too much further in the other direction.

Not only are the people in the pharmacy (a Caucasian female working at 7:30-8:30 on 5/25/22 ) unhelpful and unable to fill a prescription, they are rude and suggest I call and remind them to order in a few days. Why would I need to call and remind them if my doctor called in the prescription? It’s literally already in the system. Also very anxious for me to transfer the Rx to another CVS. Requested we come back in 30 minutes (very common here) . Did so, only to have them say it must be ordered.

I will drive WAY out of my way to find another pharmacy.

These interactions should not be this difficult and unpleasant. It was very clear this person simply did not want to do their job.
