Sherry was the most professional and knowledgeable employee about flea control on my dog . She was such a good resource for me. I wish that I had that service everywhere that I go. Cudos to Sherry! Such a great employee!

This is where I buy my clothes and boots. It's easy to get in and out of with no hassle and Plus the people are friendly.

This is the best tractor supply in the area. The people who have worked here over the last year make it feel more like a town feed store. So nice! The guy who sources hay is awesome and how they actually order and stock some feed types that are not usually carried in-store by TSC in general is great. Everything is just quality, competitive price compared to feed stores in the area, and friendliness has me coming back to this location only. The 5% back using the card isn’t a bad deal either.

Xavier was incredibly helpful and kind in showing me and loading my new gun safe!! This store has so much better service than the one right down the road! Very good experience.

Excellent customer service!! To say they have friendly employees is an understatement! I went to place an online order for two types of dog food, when doing so I found the corgis food, but not the Great Danes on line in stock, with one quick phone call, I spoke with Ian and not only found out they did have it, but that since I could not pull it up with my curbside order that I was using because my husband could not lift the bags due to a recent surgery, his response to my situation was to say, and I quote “Absolutely no problem at all ma’am, just pull up and let us know your here, my name is Ian and I’ll be happy to bring out both bags and a portable scanner and he will be able to purchase the second bag as well without leaving his car!” Just amazingly accommodating, and an understanding attitude that was so refreshing!! And then to top it off, this morning, an employee named Kim called to follow up and be sure he was able to get both bags!! Who does that any more?? What company do you know that goes out of their way to be kind, and be sure you got what you needed?!! Way to go Tractor Supply Company South, you have restored my faith in humanity!!! I’d give you 10 stars if I could!!!!

Heres the thing... the manager Shawn has gone the extra mile when things don't go as planned. I would hire her in a heart beat for one of my buisness. She understands customer service.

I have worked with TSC for decades and the systems they have in place for communication ordering solving problems etc... between local stores and corporate are somewhere between lacking and non existent... To be as kind as I can be.

Oh what TSC could be...

To be clear to TSC YOUR MANAGER AT THE BURLESON LOCATION NEEDS A BIG RAISE AND DONT LOOSE HER. She earned y'all this 5 star that you desperately need. She has never complained once about corporate or blamed shifted to her employees. Two traits that are sorely lacking today.

She is loyal to TSC and just does the next right thing!!!

Only giving 5 stars because it won't let me give more. I ordered a large, heavy item from the store last month. Two days later I was thrown from my horse and broke my back. When they called to let me know my item had arrived, I told them the situation and that I would have to let it go because I couldn't lift it. The lady I spoke with understood. Five minutes later she called me back and said she told the manager, Kurt, what had happened and Kurt said he would deliver the item free of charge. He didn't have to do this because delivery on this item was like $150. Today Kurt delivered the item and I couldn't be happier. Kurt's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond for his customers speaks volumes about him and his store.

Have everything from hardware to animal feed. From time to time they sell chick's, animal friendly store, and has plenty of gear for horses and cattle.

I love tractor supply! I buy alot of items for my horse here.
