CVS

I have been getting my prescriptions at this CVS for about a decade now. Rarely do I have to wait in line and if so it's usually only a couple of people in a line that goes quickly. I've only had one negative experience with one of the lead pharmacist who was quite unpleasant but I avoid her at all cost. Other than that the cashier's are wonderful. They are personable and helpful. I get lots of great discounts on the regular. Much better at CVS than the other major pharmacy I used to go to. Very pleased with CVS.🌝

5 or 6 different staff ended up helping because I had $120 in OTC benefits and had scheduled a COVID 19 vaccination the day earlier.\n\nOn an aside, I didn't know there were two places in the facility that have vaccinations.\n\nWith the OTC benefits products, the pharmacy staffer at register was very helpful and patient. \n\nI learned the blue tags with OTC on products were eligible, made shopping easier.\n\nActually, the floor staff was amazing asking me if I need help and then answering questions when I first walked in. \n\nI also was there to get my COVID 19 vaccination. There was a mess up because I mistakenly choose Moderna, which was not available there. But it ended up just taking 15 minutes extra to get vaccination once Pilzer vaccination was offered. I shopped an extra 15 minutes with that time and picked up a couple more items.\n\nThe asst. manager, Debbie, deserves kudos for getting it all smoothed out at first, then me returning to pharmacy, the pharmacy lady and vaccination giver got everything done I needed. Kudos to them especially!\n\nThank you very much!

I have been going to this CVS for over a decade. The employees are polite, the pharmacy is helpful and prompt, and the medical team at the minute clinic have always been sweet, gentle, and understanding. I love this CVS location and recommend them for anything really. Even with all the sketchy people in the neighborhood stealing carts and baskets and stealing items, the CVS employees remain calm and level headed.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is quick and always takes care of everyone fast. They are always knowledgeable and answer any questions I may have. The store is always tidy and stocked. I’m glad this is my neighborhood CVS!

This location I frequent often if I need to get something quick! The staff is real nice, and there is also a good selection. Recently the entire place was also re-done, and its looking good!

Favorite items I like to get on the fly are ice cream, candy, sodas, organic pasta sauce, deodorant, condiments, coffee, shaving cream, and cards. The majority of the time I am able to grab these items fast, and leave! Parking lot is usually pretty easy as well.

One out of 20 times though there is always a person buying a lot of items with coupons, trying to return something, and arguing about the price at the same time. When this occurs CVS usually solves this fast by getting other cashiers involved, but there are those RARE times no one is available to help. Then it can take forever!

Also outside the CVS is one of those RedBox locations that I use rarely, but it comes in handy when needed! If its a good movie that came out, and we just wants to watch it once for a night it seems to be a good deal.

In general this location is fast, convenient, friendly staff, and usually real good when on the move!!!

2-21-19 update: Peter Haywood is the boss!!! Lots of folks with items, and kept the line moving fast. Good job sir!!

My girlfriend and I each have our own homes, different addresses, 26 miles apart, and were told that an item had a limit of 2 per household, I said, “exactly thank you, would you like to see our Texas drivers license to see that We live at separate addresses? She said, “NO! Y’all are together!” then tossed the limit 2 per household items into a box behind the counter with a little bit of an attitude and it was a little embarrassing with 6 people and 2 police officers in line behind Us. We stayed calm and patiently took it knowing that she was reflecting other issues at Us. Being a cashier during these times I know is not easy, but she should of looked at our I.D.’s to see that the addresses were different. I’m 72 years young an Ordained Minister of 21 years, I have tattoos and on the top of both hands to 11 tattoos on My fingers for at least 40 years before she was born, she definitely represents the modern tattoo world. I don’t carry an attitude especially at work or in My racing career. I remained calm, left Your store peacefully due to My nature (not because of the police officers in line) and with all due respect to Your business. I had My own businesses for 27 years and I know that who We hire is a reflection of who We allow to represent our Business. When You sow respect, You reep a harvest of respect. Thank You and GOD Bless Your Businesses during these difficult times. This location has always been one of our favorite locations to do pharmacy and shopping business with. I do recommend this location to others. Thank You

Consistently great service. The staff and pharmacists know me by name (which was unsettling to say the least when I realized it. They don't get too put out when I bring use my CVS coupons and they are always willing to help me find something I'm looking for. Julia is the MVP here but her coworkers are great too.
For those complaining about the minute clinic-keep in mind that it is a Nurse Practitioner and you shouldn't see them for anything potentially serious.
I highly recommend this location over any others in Austin.
