There customer service is top notch. My cell service works better out here in the woods than any other one we had used previously.

Appreciation to Ms.Ebony and her co-worker who assisted me in resolving several issues. We worked through tracking a phone replacement using insurance and advising me on how to replace my phone using upgrade benefits. Ebony is very knowledgeable about the available products and their functions. She offered me phones from the lowest range in price to the highest. She thoroughly explained the functions of each phone as we narrowed the choices to three. Never did I feel pressured to purchase a particular one. The store was busy and each customer eas greeted and assisted in a timely manner

Lindsie was so nice, courteous and knowledgeable. She should be acknowledged. The manager Isreal, however was not as nice and was a bit cocky.

They don't bug you. I go pay my bill every month and they help me and don't bother me at all. Nice staff and there's always plenty of people there to help. Maybe even overstaffed sometimes.

I love going in talking to the employees, they are very nice, I just don't like that cricket is changing $3 just because you came in to instead of paying over the phone or online. It should be the other way around, because you use your gas to come in and pay.

Initially we had a bad experience with the cricket store on texas blvd 4hrs there and still couldnt get my service done but the other store more than made up for it (only and hour there 4 lines ported over)the guys and gals there were very professional friendly and quick this will be my store from now on
