I was very satisfied with my experience at the AT&T store I. Pre-ordered me a phone. The gentleman there was very helpful and helped me out a lot. I always plan to shop there.

The gentleman who helped me, (I believe his name was Jalen or Duane) was cool, calm, and collected while taking care of my complex issues. He was able to get everything straight and had me on my way in less than 30 mins, along with signing me up for a more up to date service plan that will save me $42 a month.

I went to the store on Ramsey Av. In Fayetteville, NC next to Walmart. The store was dead there were no other customers. Jalen assisted me in upgrading my phone. He was very pleasant and professional. Overall good experience.

Loved this store. Right as we walked in DAJAI P was waiting at the entrance ready to help us! I told him why we were there and he got right on it. He accommodated us 100%. His customer service, professionalism and initiative to make sure we didn't have to wait for our phones to be shipped was a call way above and beyond. This is the first time in 5+ years that our family has been in and out of a wireless phone store totally happy, satisfied under an hour. So glad we switched to AT&T.

I had a great experience recently with customer service at the store on Ramsey street. I recently decided to upgrade both of our iphones. We have been ATT customers for 12 years plus. I have always gotten my phones through them. Sometimes online and sometimes in the store. It's an easy process. USUALLY. This time online...was a NIGHTMARE. I never received a return kit for my trade in device. The return shipping label included with my new device....was clearly a return for the new one. it was attached to my invoice. I am savvy enough to know that. The invoice listed a return kit and shipping label....was not in my box. It was absolutely misleading. I can see how people would use that label. I called to get clarification on if it was being shipped seperately or what was going on. The longer the device return takes....the longer you're not receiving the trade in credit. Which is the entire reason i decided to upgrade in the first place. The number for trade in help was clearly a third party not att....and man. They need to get their mess together. They're telling me to use the label in the box. I speak to someone else they say NO it sometimes ships seperately. And it typically arrives ten days after you activate your new device. They said I was absolutely correct don't use the shipping label on your new device invoice that will go to the wrong warehouse and cause delays in your trade in discount. They told me they would ship a new shipping kit for me. I should get it in 3-5 days. That passes. I call att directly and they told me to go online and I can get the correct shipping label. The website has the option to order a new shipping kit delivered to my house.....not simply print out a shipping label. That's literally all i needed. So I did that. Another week passes. At this point I've requested two shipping kits and the one that was "probably" going to arrive in ten days...none arrive. In the meantime. I'm going to have to pay 73 bucks a month for two devices instead of the 28 bucks for the trade in price. On top of that first 400 phone bill you get when you get a new phone. I get so frustrated. So I walk into the ATT store on Ramsey at full steam. And in literally five minutes. One super friendly patient att employee solves every issue. Just like that. She knew all her stuff. She listened to my concerns. I felt heard. understood that i was angry and made it her mission to fix it. I know they work on commission and this wasn't going to benefit her as much as a sale. Yet she treated it with the same importance and care. She wasn't in a rush to get me done and out. She told jokes and she was entertaining. I could tell she wanted to fix more than just the issue at hand. She wanted to repair the damage done to satisfaction with ATT in general. And she did just that. Her name was Alexis Diclemente. And she's the best example of customer service I've ever ran across in the entire time I've been an ATT customer. I was so impressed with her. Yes att is fantastic. The deals. The coverage. And usually the trade in process. But NEVER again will I do it online. I don't know what has changed since the last time I did it online. But it needs to be address and fixed. When you call in for help...you simply get transferred to a different person over and over. It's like a hot potato....which is the last thing I needed on a time sensitive issue. Send them an Alexis. They need one!

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a warm and enthusiastic hi and I was out within like 3 minutes. I came in frustrated from the day and I left smiling and full of pep in my step. Thank you for some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Walked in to purchase some apple watches and our sales consultant was Akeylah and she was very friendly. She was able to get us our products in a timely manner and was very professional. Akeylah was very personable and made us feel as if we were the most important customer. She was just overall amazing! I am willing to drive the hour drive just to have her do my sales. Shane also helped us with part of our order and he is very friendly! I have now made this store I’m go to store if I have any issues or needs!

This AT&T store is great! Our family switched to AT&T about four months ago, but had initially ordered our phones and service online.

First, a warning, DO NOT order phones and mobile service through AT&T online — GO INTO THIS STORE (or a store) INSTEAD. This store’s service has been outstanding, but the online ordering and online customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.

After being bounced around between 12 different people at five different phone numbers in online customer service (not exaggerating) who helped absolutely none, I finally reached a level of frustration which brought me into this store on Ramsey Street, straight into an AWESOME customer service experience with Monty and Frank. They went to bat for me regarding the issue I was having, and fixed it quickly.

We returned to this store last week for a couple new phones and once again received outstanding service, this time from Christine. We had to wait a little while, but I didn’t mind the wait. Waiting just means that the staff gives each person the attention they need, for as long as they need it. Which means when it’s my turn, I get that same great customer service focus. I like that.

I would recommend making an appointment, as it may help with wait times. Also, I’d recommend going during their slower times, like during weekday work hours. They can get really busy on weekends and in the evenings, but you can shorten the wait if you go during the week.

As soon as I walked in this nice young lady opened the door for us and helped me right then and there. Was very friendly and knowledgeable and Made me laugh. I had been in two Verizon stores before I decided to try AT&T. I think her name was Jada. That girl is amazing!

Madeline was such a pleasure to work with! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. There was no wait, so we were able to get assistance immediately. The only downfall was that some of the products we wanted were not in stock so they had to be ordered, but it shipped the same day and delivered the next day. We will be back again!

My experience at At&t was an amazing one. Timothy Burnette-Rayfield showed great customer service. Not only was his service impeccable he went into my account and got the best plan that was definitely in my budget. He was jolly and kind. I've been coming here for a year and he made me switch plans and upgrade phones when I didn't want to. If he wasn't here I would not shop here. I spent $1000s of dollars on 4 phones for me and my children. He gave me the best deal ever. Timothy rocks!!!! I absolutely love him. Thank you Timothy for making my experience an amazing one. If I could give him 10 stars I would hands down.
