AT&T Store

Dropped off my trade-in. Walked into the store and we were greeting by the employees. They were efficient in the return, helped getting a new screen protector for the new phone and helped answer some phone questions. A great team working together to service the customer.

I first went in on Monday because my phone kept going in SOS. The gentleman that waited on me didn't bother going into my phone to check my SIM card. He just wrote down how to "reset" it. On Wed night it went into SOS again. I reset it. Thurs morning it went into SOS and stayed that way. I didn't have any service all day while at work. Which to me is a big deal because I have a sister with special needs in a nursing home in a different state not doing so good. I was probably in the store less than 5 mins. When I took it in after work, the gentleman went into my phone and instantly knew what was wrong and fixed it. He was so polite. We had a conversation about the Super Bowl and laughed. He was awesome. He made me feel as though I mattered from the moment he walked up to me. Not like Monday night, it was like I was bothering him or he really didn’t like his job.

I had a great experience with Marcel - he was very attentive, cared about taking care of what we needed, and took care of everything in a very timely, efficient manner. Marcel is awesome!

I was very impressed with this store. The manager, Keith was great. They made sure everybody was helped as they came in the store I can’t express how impressed I was with the manager. he was very knowledgeable.

Thank you to Keith, Luvall and Marcel for amazing customer service! We were met with a friendly greeting upon entering the store. I brought my Mother in to trade out a phone she recently purchased. All of these young men were very kind and helpful. I really appreciate how patient Keith was in helping the two young men learn how to resolve our issue. They went above and beyond to get her issue resolved! Marcel was so kind in his conversation with my Mother! If you’re in the market for a phone go see these guys.

I went into ATT to replace my phone, and was greeted right away. Keith took care of my request and found me discounts.

Greeted immediately by a rep and they stayed with us until our issues were resolved. A great experience with very good representatives .

My soon to be ex husband removed the SIM card from one of my phones. Keith West (store manager) was a lifesaver!!! He got me set up with a new SIM card and phone number. He helped the 2 workers that were helping me. There was an issue and Keith called me when it was fixed. He went above and beyond as did his staff. Everyone was so nice. They made an issue I was having into a non issue with smiles the whole time. They treated me with the utmost respect. I cannot thank them enough!!

I trust those guys completely they handle my business account and I couldn't be more satisfied

Maria was amazing!! As soon as we walked in she took great care of us. Record time for all the things we needed! Hope she can assist us every time we have to go in!

We were waited on right away. We changed from Verizon to AT&T . It is cheaper than what we were paying. I feel that the sales people were up front and honest. Sad to say I got blindsided by Verizon. They were super friendly and honest. Cookvile Tennessee was great!

Aileen was amazing and came right to help us! She helped us upgrade and got us in and out quick! Was a great experience! Go see her if you need any help at the store she will get you all set up!

Aileen did an excellent job of helping me transfer from my old phone company to AT&T! Not only was it fast, but she also helped me get a new phone the same day! I wanted to make sure that your rep in this store “Jax” was recognized for being amazing today. He was so patient, kind, and helpful with a difficult situation. The manager and all of the staff worked really hard together to help support him in the 2 hours of time he spent resolving my issue. This store is great.

Aileen was amazing! I don’t have any experience going to the Cookeville AT&T store, but she made the process very easy. I ended up using an old upgrade to bump my iPhone 8 to a 13, and she made the process very smooth - considering I know nothing about this kind of stuff. Thanks, Aileen!

AILEEN was such a big help. She explained all the things I needed to get started with my first Apple iPhone. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Also she was so patient with me being so nervous changing from Android to IPhone. Give her a big raise. Excellent employee.

Zach and the whole Cookeville crew were amazing and worked so hard to get us set up with service. Ours was a difficult transfer but they never once let up or even acted like it was frustrating when we hit a wall. In the end we got everything working and the service is so much better than the one we left.
