Lindsey made my shopping experience great! I hate Jean shopping it’s hard to find the right fit but with her helping me I was able to find 3 pairs of jeans that I’m in LOVE with! Thank you for making my shopping experience enjoyable.

First let me say I absolutely love the friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable associates. Maegen, Zach, and Alexis were awesome to help my husband and I on shopping needs. I can't say enough about how welcome, business valued, and assistance in locating our sizes. I love the fact that the store has a great selection along with super items for you to select from. We had a blast.

LOVE this store! The employees are so sweet, ensuring you have everything you need. One of the managers Lexi helped me out and she was so pleasant and had the BEST sense of style! The best location I've been to PERIOD! 10/10 would recommend.

I have shopped at this store several times and each time everyone was very professional and took the time to help me find what I was looking for. The store is gorgeous with a huge selection. I will definitely be returning.

I've been to this new location a few times and I have nothing but good things to say! They have so many options and styles, the staff was friendly and super helpful. Always an awesome experience at the Bristol Buckle!

Buckle is my favorite store but I will not be back to the Bristol location. Two out of the four people working there today were so pushy, I couldn’t even look. Every second I turned around they were trying to push a sale on me. It was honestly rude and too much. I felt uncomfortable.

I came in and thought things were cute, but i refused to buy anything because the service i received was very unprofessional!! a man came to help me but i noticed he was being unnecessarily rude to other workers along with a few customers! will not be returning! 😠

I visited the store at the Pinnacle and noticed the employees being extremely unprofessional, goofing off with each other. They were extremely pushy with their sales and I was uncomfortable. The workers are the reason I won't be returning...
