I would like to make it very clear that the 5 stars is for George, NOT T-Mobile. It has been a 10+ hours process getting a new plan and new phones, and we have been customers for 20+ years since the Sprint days. T-Mobile's customer care is horrible. George's customer care is 10/10. George was with us through at least 10 of those hours; we pretty much feel like family at this point. We had a fairly complicated situation and he worked with us to figure it out, staying hours past the end of his shift, even though we did not benefit him with sales. I really cannot say more other than he is the only person who has actually helped us and genuinely feel like has taken care of us as customers. THANK YOU GEORGE.

This is the only T-Mobile location because of one sales rep and that is George. He went way above and beyond. He gave us the best deal for us to give me and wife the phones we wanted. Plus he told us all the promotions going on and we got more things like a new phone for my son. Y’all should be very proud to have him working for T-Mobile. I would recommend anyone to go see him.

Awesome staff! Well versed on T-Mobile as well as the other guys. My Verizon speeds were nothing compared to T-Mobile, 30mbps was what I was used to. With T-Mobile I get 600+mbps!

Anna helped me get my device setup and protected with a case and glass protector. She was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I walked into the store with my husband because we wanted to get plan information for our family. We were sick of being gouged by another phone company. When we saw the commercials for T-mobile, we thought they sounded too good to be true, but thought we would check it out. When we arrived, we were greeted by Shalom who was AMAZING! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful, but she was so patient with us as we tried to make our minds up on exactly what we wanted. It took us three trips to be fully decided, but she helped my husband who doesn't like change, to be totally confident about the switch. She explained the details about the phones and cases and even let me play with hers to see if I liked it. The customer service we received at the store was the best we have experienced. So far we love our service, love our new phones and I've even had a friend switch to T-Mobile too based on our great experience. And as an added bonus, I get great service in my office. I got next to none with my old phone on that other network. 😄. Go talk to Shalom, you will be happy you did. I guarantee it
