The customer service here is Outstanding Miss Taylor went out of her way to assist me she’s an Angel.Josh made me feel like I was part of the family. They went above and beyond to help me find a pair of shoes. I’m a nurse so every step counts and they made me feel welcome and they went above and beyond to assist me and help me pick out some inserts to help with my feet. The prices are amazing 🤩 They have a machine that tells you how you step to assist with what shoes to get. The have Safety Boots, Shoes, Gloves, Hats, They are a blessing and I am so thankful that I stopped into the store on my way through the city thanks y’all.

Top notch service. Absolutely amazing. The woman who took care of me went out of her way to try on different boots. She checked the back to see if she had anything I would like. She even offered to order boots that she didn't have. Naturally I couldn't let her do that. But I still walked out with two pairs of boots. One for work. And one for play. I am still awe struck by the attention and service.

Assistant Manager Josh Durr and employees on shift were amazing at trouble shooting account issues and making sure I was taken care of and that I walked out the door without any issues! Another satisfying job and with staff support!

I came in to the old location last year and had such a great experience. We stopped into the new location a few days ago and met the same helpful staff member Lisa! She was so incredibly nice and welcoming. My son has asked for Elliott's gift cards for Christmas and Birthdays for multiple years. Always happy with everything we get!

Absolutely hands down the best customer service that I have ever received. Not only did Craig help me and my wife out with our purchase but he made us feel like family with the amazing conversation we had while in store. Just felt right at home and almost didn’t wanna leave just to stay and chat!

Missy took great care of my husband and I that were looking for work shoes and got ones that were super comfortable. She was very patient. My husband changes his mind a lot. Lol. And she was cool as a cucumber and sweet as you could be. We’ll definitely be going back. Even helped us find the right inserts for our shoes.

Love Love Love all who work here from Emma the store mgr down to the sales peeps!! Always enjoy my time when shopping for the perfect pair of shoes. They all definitely know how to lay down the red carpet for every guest!

I came into the store hoping to find some Hoka boots. Missy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She walked straight to the shoes that I was hoping to find. Missy helped me to make a good decision. I will definitely be back.

Amazing service. I don't recall the name of the person that serves me she was very helpful and I was about to buy some shoes and she told me even better ones that were cheaper. And on my way out, she gave me a drink. Absolutely amazing.

I think the guy that waited on me name was Chris, I thought he was excellent!!! He took the time to wait on me plus he greeted us when we walked in, made me feel like if I had questions he would love to wait on me.

My mother and I stopped in here for our first time to look for some steel toe work shoes. Lisa greeted us right away and showed us the selection and chatted with us. She checked us out once we found what we wanted. Very attentive and friendly service, will be back for more shoes, especially work shoes. Selection for women was great!

I've been going to Elliott's boots for over 5 yrs to get my lineman boots from. The staff at the Kingston pike location are very helpful

The assistant manager, Craig was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spoke with experience about the type of insoles I should buy and then turned around and spoke with great product knowledge of the waterproof boot my dad should consider. And then dropped some old school know how on how to make it all last longer. Great service!

This particular boot store is awesome. Everyone that works there has a great personality and is very helpful. Miss Barbara helped me with my purchase. She spent a lot of time with me without pushing a purchase on me. I love shopping here for my boot needs. Oh, and I always wind up buying a bunch of other stuff while I'm here. Lol. I will definitely keep coming back.

Great, knowledgeable service and great boots! These timberland pros are the most comfortable foot prisons I’ve ever owned. The gal was so sweet to my son and knew about the company I was getting boots to work for so I could get composite not steel toe. So much lighter and bouncier. Strongly recommend this spot.
