I have been struggling to re paint my new house , never painted a room a day in my life . I didn’t know what the heck I was looking for . Well a kind man named Chase A. In the paint department, was the kindest and most helpful person I’ve ever experienced in a store ever. He knew his stuff and he didn’t care to take the time to help me and answer all the questions I had , wish there was more employees like him all over !! Thanks to him I will be coming back, Home Depot is VERYYYY LUCKYYY to have an employee like him!!

Great store to visit with really helpful associates in the Manchester, TN store.

I am there way more than I want... I mean more than my wife want's me to be! 🤣
But hey, they have the cool stuff (Tools/ Lumber/ Plumbing and Electric Supplies and Paint) to do things with... 😅

Melissa, the assistant manager at our local manchester Home Depot, was excellent! Same for Jared with Tuff Sheds, they were both very helpful and walked us through the entire process to create our custom shed. The experience was stress free and is the very reason we went with Home Depot and Tuff Shed for our purchase! No other shed co. went out of their way like these 2 did! Cap it off with 24 months, same as cash, making this purchase a no-brainer. Let's not forget the quality of the build on a Tuff Shed could not be beat!

Always friendly! My wife and I drive to Manchester from Sparta to go here instead of 20 minutes to Cookeville to the L word place. Cookeville needs a Home Depot!

I have to give a huge shout out to Braden. We travel so we just came across this location looking for the Skeleton Bats. They had only there couple of big items on the floor waiting for Met team to come in & set maybe so I asked Braden if he by any chance had any. He stopped stocking & looked them up for us. Located them on a top shelf & brought 2 down for us. He was beyond helpful & very sweet. I love going into a store nowadays & seeing the employees actually like doing what they do & helping the customers. Thank you for being one of the stores I know I’d be happy to stop in at any time I’m around that area again. Many locations we stopped at the employees didn’t even acknowledge us so again THANK YOU

I love my local Home Depot. I’ve always found what I needed, and when I can’t find it myself there is always someone close by to help. We add things we need for the house to a list on the app, that way no matter which one of us happens to be the one to stop by we know exactly what’s needed. Site-to-store orders have always be quick and easy and most of all ACCURATE. I appreciate the entire team at the Manchester store.

Came here strictly for Halloween things and boy did I get Halloween things! Good selection and very reasonably priced! Everyone was friendly and very helpful, oh and a clean bathroom...

It’s great to have this Home Depot in our city. They have a great stock of all the basic things that you need for repairs around the house!
What I love is there back to normal operation. Way to go serving customers with five star service.

This location really has it going on with the customer service, every dept. that I went in ,I was offered help with a smile.One girl even went out of her way to help me find the right plants for my gardens and still managed to handle cashiering along with keeping her area clean. I will definitely be shopping here more often. I recommend this Home Depot to everyone and don't let the small store size fool you, the customer service is worth the trade.

Purchased tools for Christmas gift. Prices were very reasonable. Assistance was needed and quickly provided. Check out was easy and no waiting. Entire staff that we encountered were very courteous and helpful. Worth stopping in.

Great hours, professional employees, & clean environment.

I love this Home Depot. I I've in Murfreesboro and all come to this one. It's smaller but has everything I need without all the crazy traffic and a lot less people. Even when the parking lot is full it's not busy in the store. Everyone I have ever talked to that works at this store I'd awesome. Never got an attitude from anyone and everyone is more than willing to help. Big store with a small hardware store feel Is the best way i can explain it.

This Home Depot is great! We had great service from both Dennis and Kayleigh yesterday. Kayleigh is just as sweet as she can be. She assisted us in the Garden/outdoor area. Dennis is a treasure-trove of knowledge and willing to do whatever he can to assist you and get you the best bargain! Kudos! Thank you so much.
