Belew Drug Broadway

I have been going to Belew Drug now for several years. All of my family's prescriptions have been moved there. The staff is very personable, kind, and hardworking. This pharmacy treats you like family, not just a number. Not only do they help you with your medications, they always take the time to see how you are doing. They go above and beyond anything I would ever expect from a pharmacy. I love everyone there, but I would like to give a special shout out to Jamie, Dina, and Connie for everything that they have done for me and for my grandson, Aiden.♥

Had my prescription refilled at Kroger's for years recently changed to Blew Drug on Broadway. Refilled my prescription fast and with no problems. Employees were very nice and helpful. I have found my new favorite place to refill my prescriptions.

Best family owned pharmacy in Knoxville! All the Employees are super nice, and very professional. I have been going there for years (Broadway location), and as long as i am alive Belew is my place. I have never had such an amazing experience from any other pharmacy, TRUly, the employees here at Belews make me feel like I'm home, they always treat me with utmost respect, which means the world to someone like me, who has been in recovery from various addictions to certain drugs, because I feel judged at other pharmacies, such as Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, or other big chains, due to the fact that I've been on Suboxone for the past ten years, people automatically assume me to still be in active addiction, when in reality, I have been sober from opiates for ten long years now, and from benzodiazepines for one year and four months as of May 10th. I feel like all eyes are all over me as soon as I walk into any of the big chain pharmacies, like everyone there has attitude towards me, judging me, not knowing my story, but despite the fact that no one at Belews knew my history, I've always felt accepted by all of the people who work here. And I would like to add one last thing, the number one best employee overall, in my humble opinion, is Jamie! Thank you SO MUCH for ALL You've done for me, Jamie, I truly do appreciate you, and all the other employees here at this mom and pop style pharmacy, you all go above and beyond for US ALL!!!

I switched pharmacies to Belew Drugs not long ago after being a CVS prescriptions customer for the last 15 years. I must say that it was a great decision to switch pharmacies and I have had an exceptional experience with them.

From the moment I walked in, the staff stopped what they were doing to assist me and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable about their products, but they also took the time to understand my needs and preferences. The level of personalized service I received was unparalleled. I left Belew Drugs on my first visit feeling truly satisfied and grateful for the outstanding service I received and the decision to switch pharmacies.

Recently, I had a unique situation where they really went above and beyond even the most exceptional service one could expect, and they truly took the time and energy to understand and solve my problem. And it hasn’t been isolated to just one situation. The Belew family and the rest of the team have consistently gone above and beyond expectations!

I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for exceptional care and attention. This will be my pharmacy for life!

Wow. This is the best experience I have had at a pharmacy ever. Honest. Jamie went above and beyond to answer my questions about my meds and even took time to look online at research papers to find me the latest findings…and then sent them directly to my doctor, who agreed and sent a new prescription. She was oh so kind on top of all of that. Really a very humanizing experience to come in here, no matter your background.

I have been a customer of Belew's since 2007 and have never experienced the level of expertise, untiring diligence, patience and genuine care as I have there. My prescriptions along with any OTC needs would be free for me if I got them directly from my insurance company but I CHOOSE to pay co-payments and such because of the way they take care of me! It's truely a warm, family atmosphere and they make you feel as though you are a member of that family. I would like to recognize Dinah for her diligent sincere care--she is my hero, Jamie for always lifting me up emotionally and spiritually, Connie for making sure my meds go out when I need them and all the coordinating that goes along with that (you are a trooper!), and Lucy for always delivering them to me along with her great smile and personality (and my dog, Kitsune, would like to thank her for giving him a treat every time she delivers). Thank you my Belew Family. My life and health are so much better because of ALL of you!!

I prefer blew Drug Store They are patient friendly and make sure you understand everything there is to know about your medicine and how it can affect the medicines you are retake they take the time to get to know each patient and the patient needs they are conscientious concise, and considerate these three C’s means you and your family will be taking care of the way God intended. There’s not many stores that are pharmacies that believe in making sure the patient understands the medication to the fullest. They’re never too busy to make sure you understand. This means a lot to me and my family I would like to thank Blew Drug Store for all they have done for me.

I have been a customer of Belew Drugs for as long as I can remember. Why? Because they always go the extra mile! When I moved to West Knoxville, I did not change pharmacies. I was more than willing to drive to Broadway because of the great service. However, the best part now is that they deliver my prescriptions! David Belew and his entire staff always make me feel like I am their most important customer. In reality, that is how they treat all of their customers. If you are looking for a pharmacy that delivers (literally and figuratively), Belew's is the place for you. They have multiple locations so find the one best for you and let them make you feel like "the one" also!

My son is a heart patient, so he has a large number of medications to order every month, but we have had a wonderful experience with Belew Drugs. They have been invaluable to our family and offer the best customer service. Their staff are willing and able to answer any questions you may have and even offer home delivery which is so helpful with our busy schedules. They also compound medications, a service many pharmacies no longer offer. My family and I highly recommend them!

I chose Belew based on recommendations of friends. They had nothing but positive reviews of this store and Dr. Price. First time going into the broadway location was for a covid test. I was greeted by friendly faces and all employees were quick to assist. Dr. Price escorted me to a room to complete the test. (ABSOLUTELY NO WAIT AT ALL!!! ) She was very thorough in asking symptoms and what to expect with the test process. After the test Jamie asked if there was anything that she could get me, water etc, while I waited. She then informed me of the news that I had tested positive for covid. She explained possible complications and challenges ahead. She also informed the best ways to combat and fight the virus to ensure my health is safe. She explained quarantine protocols to keep my friends and family safe. *She even called two days after the positive test to check on my well being. Dr. Jamie Price could not have been any more personable and professional through the process and My future business whether future prescriptions or test will be with Belew Broadway. Thanks to everyone at the site for the quick and memorable service.

I have been a customer with Belew Drugs for 18 years and I have always felt welcomed. It is really nice to walk in and someone wave and ask how I'm doing and actually want to know how I'm doing or someone in my family or a friend is doing. It has been like that from the very first visit and it's hard to find that degree of service in any business these day. I have recommended Belew's to my family, friends and acquaintances for years. I have seen David Belew or his wife Amy go above and beyond the call of duty to help those less fortunate to be able to get their needed medications. Not only David and Amy but, I have seen everyone on the staff share that same degree of caring towards every customer that walks through the door. I have watched the business grow throughout the Knoxville area and that same compassionate service is now available to a larger portion of the East Knoxville and North Knoxville areas. So if you are looking for a true family-friendly place to care for your medication needs l would suggest your taking your business to the fine people at Belew Drugs. Although the shopping center looks a little out dated, once you get inside Belew Drug it is very nice and very clean. Employees are very professional.
