Terrible! My kids and I stopped by there one morning and had $36 worth of items. Once we got to the register, their system went down. The cashier who is the store manager ran my card a few times. Told me it wouldn't process because the system was down. She said we could just leave the items and she'd put them back. We'll my card ended up being charged that amount. I called back up there and spoke to her. She said it didn't process on her end so I offered to bring my statement up there so she could see. She said she would get in touch with the home office and call me back on Monday. Monday never came and she has yet to call me back. Not good customer service and I guess I'm out of $36!
