Frank's Country Store & BBQ

If you have not been to Frank’s, shame on you! First, he and the staff (family) are amazing!! It’s like family. If you need a one stop shop, this is it.

This place needs to be on Diners, Drive-in’s and Dives. This hole in the wall is top notch.

Okay, onto the food. Yes, they have food. You can drive by and think, “is this place even open”, I think it’s on purpose because the locals don’t want to share this gem. You sit in the middle of a convenient store which is awesome!

Anyway, GO! Menu looks limited, but like I said “they treat you like family”, well if you ask for something not on the menu, they will probably cook it for you.

This morning we did eggs and pancakes. Wow, every time. The best pancakes west of the Mississippi! That is not a lie.

Want lunch, they do that. Fish Fridays are the bomb, burgers are better than homemade, the BBQ is delicious. I literally cannot say anything but great things.

Oh, if you need tape, toothpaste and deer corn while you’re there, they have that too.

Great BBQ! hubby likes to find hidden local jewels. The food was great and family friendly atmosphere inside. Tender meats and yummy sides. We tried the Brisket, Turkey, Pulled Pork and Ribs. Great prices. We’ll be back! We want to try the breakfast next!

This place far exceeded my expectations! I had a great a bacon 🥓 cheeseburger 🍔 with fries 🍟 I added all vegetables to the burger. Great service and a very friendly atmosphere. Thank You!

Frank's is just what you would truly consider your little country store. With a couple of hogs in a fence behind and a few chickens running around.
It's very small inside the store compact and homey. With a case of home baked goods like apple dumplings and apple turnovers that are super yummy. And then there's kolaches and muffins.
They also serve the absolute best food. The barbecue is out of this world. Although pricey for their sandwiches, they do not skimp on the meat. You definitely get your money's worth.
I just had their cheeseburger and cheese fries. It was almost more than I could eat.
I definitely would recommend this place if you want that small town country feel, with good food and just the sweetest people.

Just had the best hamburger I’ve had in a long time. And the fries were awesome! I made the mistake of ordering a double cheese burger and couldn’t eat it all. 👍🏻 I highly recommend their burgers and fries!

Frank's Country Store is an Awesome place!!! It's has a small grocery area as well as a great restaurant. Great country atmosphere and great people. If you want that down home country feeling next time you go for some barbecue, then Frank's Country store is the place to go. Awesome food, friendly staff and exceptional service.

This is hands down my favorite place in the BCS area for BBQ, the prices are unbeatable and the food is always amazing. From their daily specials to their chopped beef and everything in between, it's all tantalizingly delicious. Not to mention the down home staff who make it a point to learn their customers. If you're in the area I urge you to stop by and grab a bite.

I love this place. The people there are extremely nice the food is delicious and more than reasonably priced. In short, this place is great, a favorite of mine and there is no reason why you shouldn’t go there for breakfast lunch or dinner. Burgers are good , the barbecue is tasty, everything here is solid. Good food and good people.

Went here today first time, just happened to be in the area. but i had heard they made great BBQ sandwiches. I have to say i am blown away by the excellent quality of service. Places like these sometimes have a cold shoulder toward new-comers. Not this place. Bobby and Frank and Family treated ME like Family, they hadn't known me 30 seconds. I will be back and cant wait to tell others about this hidden gem.

Best burger in town. The barbecue is not bad either. Frank Carmen and their team always provide great customer service, a friendly atmosphere to enjoy your meal and that good old down-home feel

Good daily specials. Love the baked chicken. They also have marveled beef and on Friday they have a good fish and shrimp special. Parking limited, go early or late.

Frank’s kitchen is closed at 3pm M ,T,W,T,Sat. Friday kitchen is open 6:30 to 8pm. The store is now open on Sunday 10am to 6pm kitchen is closed. Frank’s will have chopped BBQ beef sandwiches and pizza all hours the store is open.

This place is dimond in the ruff. Super nice people running. Deffinently has that country store feel. The BBQ and the other foods they serve really good and at a real good price. If you ever get a chance stop in. Its total worth it.

As long as I can remember I have been going to this store on my way to school. Some of the best food in town. Very friendly and make you feel totally welcome.

Took a little trip down to College Station to visit some family and this place came highly recommended. It did not disappoint, to say the least. Fantastic service and food. Stop in if you find some time, you will not regret it.

Great Country Store! Best homemade Burgers in the County. BBQ is excellent and they are always friendly oriented towards customers.

Best home style food I have eaten anywhere. Chicken and dumpings taste just like my grannies (Thursdays during winter months ). When you are there, it feels like home.
