Excellent service, called to find out closing time (which I was going to be close to). They was very helpful got my cb back up and running. Definitely will go back to them compared to the caboose one in TN (what a rip off). Thanks again Luna and Lisa.

Brought an old, abused Cobra 29 in that had been my father's. I was able to drop it off on my way through, shop is adjacent to the the Pilot truck lot and easily accessible with a rig. Picked it up and had it tuned in by them in minutes. Radio sounds brand new. Friendly staff, great work!

A business really has to leave an impression on me to make me write a review on them. That being said, I was very impressed with the service I received at JB's CB Shop.

Their staff was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix my problem very quickly. The young man that worked on my truck was very meticulous when calibrating my antenna. Now my Stryker SR 447 transmits and receives like a champ.

The entire staff at JB's were extremely courteous and professional and they took my problems seriously. Their prices are fair for the quality of service that they give to people.

Also, just a little FYI, I believe they are the only CB shop- that I'm aware of- between Wildwood, FL and Ruther Glenn, VA. I've already marked them as a favorite on my truck GPS and you should too!

I called them to see if they could work on my ICOM IC 718. I was told they didn't work on Ham Radios. But the guy who I talked with was very friendly and helpful.

A new shop I'm dealing with.seems very friendly people and the only shop to take trade ins.

Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. Answered all my questions about the various models available without being pushy or condescending. Installed, tested, and tuned the CB I bought. I mean anywhere…great prices and even better work. I bought two radios from this shop 5 years ago and today is the first time I’ve ever had to bring one in for a repair, and only $25.00 and 30 minutes later it’s like new.

Only place I’ll ever shop! These two gentlemen have always been a big help, from making my John Deere talk, pickup truck, big truck, etc. Anytime I have a question, I can pick up the phone and call, they’ve always been super friendly and helpful, that’s why I don’t mind making the drive from Lumberton NC.
