One of the best online shopping experiences I've had. Blue waters shipping is incredibly fast, and there customer service team is amazing. They are always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Everything I have bought has always been of high quality at a very affordable price.

This is the best online boutique there is! I love that they always have great deals and offer free gifts with purchase on occasion. Customer service is wonderful as well. Which is very hard to come by these days. Plus this is a family owned small business and I like to support the business's.

Blue Waters is an amazing boutique! There customer service has always been so quick and helpful. Responds in a few hours. I have never had any issues. Have been their customer for a few years. Never had any problems returning or purchasing. If there has ever been an issue, I have contacted customer service and they have always fixed any issues. Can sing their praises enough!!!!

I have been ordering since 4/2020, and I promise even though I am a “silent shopper” most of the time, I feel like I am BFFS with Shannon, Guy, Issac and Lissa! Blue Waters in the only "online boutique" I'll shop at; I've been a customer and frequent buyer for 2 years. The character of the people who I buy from is most important to me, but it doesn't hurt that Shannon sells quality items for the lowest price she is able to do.

In addition to great products and prices, Shannon and Guy are HILARIOUS. Watching a live is like tuning in to a little reality TV show about a NY family. Being from NY, this is really enjoyable and helps my homesickness :) A lot of people will tune in solely to watch, laugh and chat with other customers. Shannon's sister is also wonderful, as well as her other employees who will jump on lives from time to time. These are genuine people who will show you their true selves and even share their life struggles. I have so much respect for them.

Most reviews are from customers but I have first hand experience with Blue Waters. I was employed there for a few years. What you see on the lives is 1000% who they are off the lives in real life. Shannon is such an amazing soul and I loved working at Blue Waters. They have built such an amazing community and they pay it forward and help/bless so many families in need all year round. They take good care of their employees, and the kindness that woman has in her soul is unbelievable! ❤

I found Shannon and Guy, and their boutique at a time when I was very sad and broken. Shannon’s bubbly personality made me smile and laugh. Her tribe is made up of wonderful caring people. I have been a customer since 2017 and I continue to buy all of my clothes, shoes, and other goodies from Blue Waters. I love everything, which is a lot, that I have bought from Blue Waters.
