The employee who served me was a big help in selecting the best options to save me money. He was friendly, courteous & professional, and handled a backlog of customers with ease.

Went up there to uprgade to a newer phone and switch over to a new plan. Casey and Jacey were extremely pleasant to work with. They both went the extra mile for me despite some of my complicated questions. Both did an amazing job not only at getting a new phone setup, but also being just super kind and friendly. Highly recommend when going up there to work with eitherof them. They made my experience super pleasant!

We had a screen protector issue with our new phone. Shane went above and beyond the call taking care of the problem. He replaced the protector, at no charge. Shane made sure we were satisfied with the results. We recommend Shane and his associates with all your cellular needs.

Jaycee and Madison very terrific!!!! They both went way above and beyond to get me the best price and best plan. They also spent a great deal of time transferring Ipod information to the new device. Highly recommend 👌

Originally started at the Tullahoma Verizon store to upgrade my phone. When we got there their was only one customer in the store we waited 5 minutes for anyone to even ask us if we needed help. I found the phone I wanted but the girl was more interested in getting my wife's phone than trying to help me and my wife wasn't wanting to upgrade. Then they didn't have any stock and wanted to have the phone shipped to my house. By this time I was agitated and told them to forget it if I wanted the phone shipped to me I could do that myself.
We decided to try the Verizon store in front of Walmart in Manchester, These people are awesome. Not only did they have phones in stock but they had the phone I wanted and I didn't have to wait for help, they caught me and my wife walking in the door and spoke to us before the door could close. Not only did they sell me a phone but my wife upgraded too. We also bought other accessories. The gentleman that helped us was Leo he is a rock star. The managers came out too and talked to us like we were long time customers, this was our first trip to this store but not our last. Buying a new phone is hard enough these folks will be there from start to finish.

They were busy but acknowledged my presence immediately and said they would be with me as soon as possible. I didn't have to wait long and he apologized for the wait. Very very pleased.

I’m not from the area and was visiting my mother. I absolutely loved the customer service and the help Cade and Dustin provided while I needed a phone line and phone! They were super helpful and explained the process to me and answered all my questions beyond above what I was expecting! Thank you again! I will definitely recommend to anyone out there maybe even the old school crowd (which I find myself rapidly becoming a part of) to go in and visit!
