Had a leaking toilet the other morning. I was in and out quickly with the parts I needed and the customer service was absolutely top notch!

If you want personal service, this is the place to go.

Definitely recommend! I had my patio screen door replaced here. Matt went above and beyond to ensure it fit properly and even help with the install.

I had 5 keys made at A&G and all five worked perfectly. Matthew was very quick and pleasant and he explained to me that they keep their key grinding machine well serviced. This is the.only store I go to for keys now. The big box hardware stores have never had real reliable key grinding machines. I also get superb customer service for my other hardware purchases st A &G. They have a very knowledgeable staff and seem to have whatever it is I that I am looking for. Outstanding Store!

A&G hardware is terrific! I had a patio set that needed chair tips. The size was not standard. Matt problem solved and fixed me up with the right fit. I had gone to two other hardware stores before going to A&G Hardware. I needed help and Matt went the extra mile and I’m grateful.

I have to say I'm beyond surprised at the service I received in this store. I knew it was a good place to go and heard great things from others, too. But I needed some significant assistance as a single mother, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. This was repeated more than once; that they wanted to make sure I was a happy customer and had everything I needed. I didn't know people did business this way anymore! I thought it was a thing of the past. Hey, sometimes being a single mother, you can use some advice you can count on, and not from someone whose first interest is profit. In my situation, I get that a lot. It was obvious and plain to see that customer service was number one. I was reminded there are still decent people who care about more than their bottom line. You can't even find anyone in the large chains to help, never mind someone who will spend time and show genuine concern and interest in your project -- while saving YOU time! It just doesn't happen, and I can't be bothered with those places anymore! It is stressful to shop in the big chains, walking the aisles trying to find a person or an item, so why not walk out feeling it was time well spent (much more efficient in this store)? And that you are doing business with people who actually appreciate it. Don't hesitate, this place is as good as it gets. A sincere thanks to them, they made my life easier!

McBride's was a good hardware. I also knew the family well. The new owner and son have continued the friendly service. I always find what I need. Matt is very knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended a product to get rid of Boxelder bugs. They have never come back. Home Defense. Also many other products over the years. Highly recommend .

Prefer this place over Lowe’s or Home Depot. Better pricing for sure. Also extremely helpful.

Skip the big box stores. If you want to experience a truly great hardware store, this is it. If they don't have what you're looking for on the shelf, they will get it for you, fast.

1st class - the smallest hardware store in the area, but great service and they always have what I need!

These guys are a great source of knowledge as well. They can point you in the right direction and supply much of your needs too.

A&G Hardware is great, it is one of the few places where you get personal attention to solve your home or auto problems. All of the staff are knowledgeable and give good advice on whatever i am working on. They always have that missing fastener yo need to complete the job, or any tools you may need.

A delightful, slightly old school hardware store. Don't let the seemingly diminutive size fool you - this place is well and thoughtfully stocked. If you can't find it, ask. If they don't have it, it really doesn't belong in a general purpose hardware store.
