Definitely my favorite place to ever buy a toy. The staff is always so wonderful. Both helpful and just great to talk with. And the store is always so clean. I dont have anything bad to say about christals. I love them! And the discrete bags are always the best!

The people that work here are so nice. My first experience here went well. They even gave the person who came with me a disposable mask because she forgot hers at the house!

The girls at the colmen store are the best the new manager. Rocks and is so friendly and knowledgeable. I suggest this place to everyone they definitely know their products and take away the embarrassment of asking questions about adult products
