The UPS Store

My visit at the UPS store was exceptional! The young lady, Rebekah, that helped me was knowledgeable and fast. My wait time was short even though there were others ahead of me when I arrived. She assisted me with v my package without me having to ask. I was very impressed! I highly recommend the services at this location.

This store is always very efficient, clean and friendly! I hate that they are so far away from me but the cordial staff and the way they are always so willing to go out of their way to attend to me make it worth my while. Because of one of my children’s health issues, I have to use UPS more often than most and I am thankful that these team members are so wonderful!

Only thing I can say Is Deianna was and is AMAZING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH. TODAY I TOOK A PENDANT IN TO HAVE A PHOTO SIZED AND ADDED TO IT. NOT ONLY DID SHE HELPED ME. BUT SHE ALSO TOOK THE TIME TO ADD THE PICTURES TO THE LOCKET. UPS YIU HAVE AN AMAZING MANAGER LEADING THAT STORE.

I gave this rating, because everytime I come to this store Jalessa always has excellent customer service. She very nice, extremely friendly, and helpful . She makes our whole entire process so very easy. I wish that there was something that I could do, or the company to thank her for being the genuinely sweet person that she is. The store location is 1937 W Palmetto St, Florence SC.

My customer service experience is overall outstanding each interaction. From the upkeep of the store to the friendliness of the employees. My visit accommodates my lifestyle and is always efficient. Thank you to those at my local store and to Kayla for my last visit.

I always get friendly, helpful staff. They are always happy to help with my shopping needs and give me the best shipping options. Service is always efficient and I never have to wait in long lines. There are enough employees to handle busy times of day or busy seasons.

My wait time is shorter than any other delivery service. The staff is very nice and smiling like I am not a bother. They repackage if mine is too bulky to save me money.

Jordon was extremely helpful, friendly, very outgoing personality and went above and beyond helping me with all my needs and I had several!

I have never waited no more than 5 minutes to send a package even if the place is very crowded. The UPS employees are very efficient and professional in what they do.

Jalessa had the patience of god trying to get my hand to scan on the fingerprint scanner. Kind curteous and never gave up. 100% to the entire staff. Especially, Jalessa.

I primarily return Amazon purchases to the UPS Store. It’s quick and easy to do that. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And there’s an easy self-service option if the store happens to be real busy.

Makayla was already working and as soon as she noticed I walked in she greeted me and told me to come on up so she could get me in and out! Thanks For Noticing Me and Not Making Me Wait Until You Finish Makayla.
