Immediate service by employees who seemed happy in their job and happy I'd come to the store rather than annoyed. The employees are pleasant and patient, never talking down to or rushing me. I've had this same good experience at this store more than once. Great job!

Did find out that, for some reason, his auto pay was stopped for a couple of months! Don't know why since it's always been on auto pay! But hopefully it's been corrected.

This store has one of the best AT&T employees, everyone is extremely helpful. Frankie went far and beyond to ensure my extra charges were corrected since there was an error with my exchange (from the location in Durham). My husband and I came in for new phones. Was greeted right away by Kyle the assistant manager. Kyle took his time and got us the plans we needed and to a cost that we felt comfortable with. Then took the extra time to help us when my husband couldn't remember his iCloud password just overall completely satisfied

The crew is very nice and helpful especially ebony. She answered every question I had and she was very patient with me !

We went in to find out some information about changing carriers and about FirstNet. It was pretty busy when we walked in but both employees greeted us and told us they would be with us as soon as they could. Tyson ended up helping us by juggling our needs with that of another customer. He was extremely helpful and informative. He answered all of our questions and made the process of switching carriers and acquiring new phones simple. He did all this while helping another customer with a problem she was having at the same time, as to not leave us waiting. I will be letting everyone know about FirstNet and the awesome service at the AT&T store in Sanford.

I had a wonderful experience at this store! Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful, and super nice. I highly recommend going to this AT&T for anything you need, you won’t regret it! Management is doing a great job training their staff.

The manager Ben was awesome! He took time from the very beginning to fix and issue that another rep had caused and helped to finalize a purchase. He explained everything, answered all of our questions and definitely made the experience great. I would highly recommend using Ben or anyone at this branch.

The service at received at the Sanford, NC store was so incredible that I had to write a review. The staff is incredibly friendly. The store was impeccable and everyone there were very knowledgeable of their work. But I would like to stand out the amanager of the store Ms. Tabitha Sanchez, outside from being able to assist you in getting exactly what you need for your way of life, her excitement is contagious. She has a very positive outlook and that behavior comes true as she is helping you. She is the epitome of professionalism and you can always find that friendly smile when she is around.

I wholeheartedly recommend that is you need someone to satisfy your needs in an easy to understand process, you should contact her.

I came into my local AT&T store for help downloading some apps. I am old school and was having difficulty with the technology on my new phone. The representative named Diamond helped me so much. She was patient and kind and taught me so much. She made learning fun and now when I go shopping I can save money. She is an asset to the local AT&T.
