Rack Room Shoes

Store was clean and straight but the employees never asked if I needed help. The guy was also testing the alarm at the door and he kept setting it off over and over! Got on my nerves. He couldn't wait till no one was in there

I am a long time customer to Rack Room Shoes in general. They have a wide variety and selection of shoes and if you can't find a particular size, color, or style, they have a great, easy to navigate website. There is always the option of having your shoes that you order sent to the store. I have earned and redeemed my rewards through the years and I know I've saved alot of money shopping with Rack Room. The Sanford location is really nice and clean (I have always loved the smell of new shoes), and the associates are all nice, helpful, knowledgeable about shoe brands that I've had questions about, and friendly. I know they get super busy at times, and so when I need help, I ask, and if they needed to do something else before I stopped to ask them while they were busy with another customer, I wait patiently, as I was taught growing up, patience is a virtue that not many have. I shop with Rack Room twice a year for my children, and get my shoes from them. As long as I'm in the area, I'll always shop at this location.

It was a long day & we made it to the shoe store. The young lady checking us out was very nice & helpful. We were able to catch the deal going on & use a coupon on top of it. Which was great as men shoes & boys can be very costly. Walked out with 4 pair of shoes. Plus we got a coupon of $15 coming back to us as well. Today was a win win situation.

Purchased (2) Sketchers a month+ ago 30 miles from home.. settled for 1/2 size .. they didn't have my size in stock. Realized my mistake at home. Returned yesterday hoping to replace.. without receipt.

Sweet young lady ordered pair my size and having delivered to my home address. 💖
