Smart & Final Extra!

I've been shopping this store for years and I just wanted to jump on here to say that Cameron is the BEST cashier you've ever had. He is so kind, beyond helpful, personable and very fast. He makes my shopping experience more pleasant and I appreciate him and his wonderful attitude very very much.

The best prices and a worthy selection. Great bulk and daily items. Fast friendly cashiers. Beautiful green produce, fruits are fair to excellent. Great fresh meat prices, dairy and bakery items too.

The manager, Maggie, provided us great customer service and was so helpful. She was also friendly while doing so and I so appreciate her and her staff as they always greet us when enter their store. The store is always organized and we appreciate their staff!

The store was clean. Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond. Checkout wasn't bad either especially compared to other stores in the area. Lysol seems very overpriced but no real complaints.

Found all items but one and it is out of stock everywhere so I wasn't surprised. The service was great as there was a very specific roll I was looking for and needed 3 packages but only found one on the shelf. One of the store employees offered to call other nearby locations to see if they had it in stock and while making the call, he was able to locate two more packages that had been relocated by other customers. I really felt like their service went above and beyond.

I'm so glad this store opened up here. It's always clean and the lines move fast. The employees are helpful and friendly also. It's really convenient having this store so close to home. It's like Safeway but with options for bulk items including party, catering and restaurant supplies.

Stopped in to grab some groceries for my mom. I was impressed by their attention to detail at the registers. Each lane is adorably decorated with a local street sign and street lamp. Even during a pandemic, the store retains an inviting and friendly atmosphere.

Very good mask has to be worn at all time if not vaccinated and need any refills for your fridge smart and final is the place to go really nice cashiers and a discount for new years eve.

I used to go to Safeway all the time, but Smart & Final beats Safeway for sure! Great prices, helpful staff, and fresh food. Also, very cute little decorations inside (for example, a Carmichael street name for each cash register lane). Love it!

Was very happy they had just about everything I went for in the ad. Better than some other stores I have been to lately.

The store is clean amd well stocked. The staff is friendly and there was no wait in line.

Unfortunately, they do require masks.

I called almost all grocers in Carmichael and this store is the only one requiring everyone to wear masks. I am so pleased! I feel safer that this store takes the covid crisis seriously! It makes me feel more confident in my shopping-especially being a senior citizen.

This store DOES take EBT cards by the way. I hope everyone knows this. No shame.

Great place to go grocery shopping and to get something real quick

I shop at the Smart & Final Extra on Manzanita and Engel their produce department is awesome great quality great prices, they have all the basic in store items and the best roasted chickens anywhere ! Prices are much lower than competitors down the street selections are somewhat limited but good. I don't have a lot of experience with purchasing from their meat department have only tried a few things but they were good also.

This is a great store. It is well stocked. The store help was helpful and friendly. They had a good selection and competitive prices. I will shop this store in the future.

I've been shopping here since it opened. Great location and hours. Employees are very friendly and helpful. If they run out of their weekly specials, rain checks are quick and "painless".

Good prices, they are usually well stocked, and the employees are always friendly. Great price on paper plates and bulk products like pecans.
