Good gas stations and never much problem with with the employees. However gas pumps are finicky with credit cards often have trouble getting the credit card in the slot and weird political signs and markings are posted.

This is no longer a Shell branded fuel station anymore. The pumps are rather slow in dispensing fuel and the receipt printers at the pumps do not work necessitating one to go inside to get a receipt.

For my truckers,it’s not but two pumps are working, and think it’s been like that for about two months

Shell gasoline. Snacks are more expensive than the other convenience stores at this exit. Restrooms are frequently out of service, so is the internet, so they can’t take debit or credit cards. Third shift employees have always been friendly in the thirteen years(used to be Neighbors)that I have been stopping here.
Edit: June 2023, is the third shift clerk a deaf mute? She is one rude woman! She never speaks to me, and didn’t say anything to the person in line behind me. She had three people speak to her, all was cordial and told her to have a nice night, and she didn’t respond. She just stares straight ahead!

The gas pumps here are terrible. The auto shut off of at least 4 different pumps are broken, the gas comes out spurty, on some of the pump handles the auto-pump feature doesn’t even work, as these are so old the plastic is worn down and won’t hold the lever. Sounds like a first world problem, but you have to hold the pump the whole time - annoying when you have a 32 gallon tank. Some of the keypads have the numbers entirely worn off, and I’ve never actually had the pump print off a receipt, in my dozen or so visits. It’s in a really convenient location, but if I can help it I won’t return - just go to the sheetz.

I was not pleased with the cleanliness. The only time I went there when the toilets were not plugged and/or the toilet seats were wet was the one time it was closed for cleaning.

I have also had to use napkins from the food bar to dry my hands.

The parking lot is cramped and cars with trailers often need to take up multiple spots. The Sheetz just across the highway had gas for 7 cents cheaper when I decided I was done with Shell.

People, please check your gas mileage on your car after pumping gas from this place. Second time I have gotten gas from this Shell and although the pump says the gallons I paid for, my car says something different. I drive a 2014 Ford Explorer and recently pumped $40 worth of 87 fuel giving me approximately 10 gallons or so worth of gas (which usually gives me over a half of a tank of gas) and when I got in my car, the dash read only 104 miles to empty. This is the second time within a year this has happened at this gas station. I complained the first time to the store manager and she assured me that the pumps were operating correctly. How do you explain it happening twice?

This is now a Circle K, no longer a Shell station. I was unable to use my Shell fuel rewards so I left without purchasing anything. 😞

House of horror bathroom, no soap or working dispenser. Would not recommend going into the store. Sadly they can't maintain the restrooms but cheap diesel....

The service at this place is sad and don't try to buy lottery tickets they give you what they want not paying attention or just don't know. I've been coming here for a year and still no better so I want to say Goodbye

Slowest diesel pumps in the area. Takes hours to get a full tank of diesel. Chip reader didn’t work on the pump and it was out of receipt paper. Will never stop here again. Pathetic

Truck diesel pumps #14 & 18 don’t work and aren’t marked as such. You get to walk into store to find out. Fuel rewards don’t work on diesel pumps. Limited selections due to renovations.
