I love Amy Tillman and this UPS Store. She is so very knowledgeable about everything and she is very professional… I actually live on the northern side of Sanford, but I gladly drive across town to use this store. As long as Amy is there I will continue to make the drive. She is a great asset‼

I had some large packages that were split up that I needed to return from Amazon, they had to be in one box to complete the return. Amy and Cristina were extremely helpful and told me I could get a bigger box down the road at uhaul, which I did. When I returned to the store the box was still a tiny bit too small but Amy and Cristina helped me by adding extra cardboard to make it fit just right! They were extremely kind and talked to me like I was their best friend! 10 out of 10 customer service!!!

I am visiting my 83 yr old mother from NY , trying to return shoes for her. The help I received on 9/6/2024. I wished I had remembered her name. Very helpful, patient & seemed to genuinely love her job !!!!!

Yesterday, June 24th, 2024 around 4 pm I visited store 3655. They were so kind and helpful and I had one of the best experiences there. I usually go to ups for returns through Amazon or other business. I had to return some dog food and the bag split open and I spilled it on the floor. The staff were so kinda and reassured me that it was no problem. I was constantly apologizing and they let me know that everything is okay. They not only cleaned it up for me, even though I offered to clean it up myself. They were fast and in completing the return and thanked me for coming. Even though I felt like a nuisance they assured me it was not a problem with smiles on their faces. I really appreciated the two women and young man that were there to help me.

I went to the store to get multiple copies of documents made. Veronica helped me. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She consulted with me several times during the process. Veronica made sure I had the right copies and that they were done the way I needed. She gave great customer service. I will definitely return.

I always get treated with warm smiling faces. Today Katlyn and Veronica were both working and both are so friendly and outgoing. Their always patient and waiting to help the next customer. I give the store a 5 star. And these two girls 10 stars. Way to go Sanford ups store. 😊

I just had a completely amazing experience with Amy at this UPS Store. She was so willing to help me find the two boxes and get the new labels put on the right boxes. She is cheerful, persistent, and truly went out of her way for me. I am so pleased the boxes will head out on time today, and this is thanks to Amy.

Best ups location! Staff is friendly and quick so even with a line, you'll be in and out. Amy is amazing! She's always so kind and helpful.

For some reason, sending off mail/packages stresses me out. I will not go to any UPS stores besides this one in Sanford. The manager is amazing, she goes out of her way to make sure the process is smooth and easy. All of the employees there are awesome!

Amy was amazing. We were a little stressed out with the whole process of getting all our paperwork signed, but she was a breath of fresh air as she helped us through the process. It was easy, took a reasonable amount of time, and was just what we needed. We don't ship things very often or use many of the other services they offer, but if/when we do we will be sure to do so there.

I’m a senior an I had a few returns. Lefted my glasses. An Ms. Christy was so patient with me an helpful. God bless her. I was able to make my returns without getting nervous.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

This store is wonderful. I never have to wait more than two minutes. Often, I don't have to wait at all. The people who work at the store are incredibly nice and they work really fast and know what they are doing. I had printer problems one day and I went to the store and they printed my label for me. Another time I went in with my daughter and they gave her a free coloring book.

Amy is what every company can only wish for. She is always here to help and always has a smile on her face even when the line was out the door after Christmas. The rest of the team is great as well. Even if there were 12 ups stores in sanford I would still come here.

This store has the most efficient people. Every time I go into this store I am amazed. They handle people so much more efficiently than others. I was greeted as soon as the worker saw me! I was very impressed!
