Fantastic service. I told the employee that greeted me, Destin, exactly what was going on with my car and he not only gave me advice, but he also loaned me his personal tools. I want going to make it back in time to return them, so he offered to come to my house and help me fix what needed to be fixed on his own time. Things like this don't happen often any more and I want people to know that these guys are doing something right. Thanks!

Absolutely phenomenal the best service I have ever received at an O'Reilly's part store the staff went above and beyond do help me whenever my alternator went out, they help me change it in their parking lot and help me with all the needed tools as well as provided me with a free drink and got me back on the road in no time flat I would highly recommend!

Great service. If one can't find something they'll ask the others and usually one of em has some experience with what you're dealing with. These are car guys and gals. They have a wide range of personal experiences with different year ranges and makes so usually one is able to help pinpoint issues and solutions. Saw a comment about labor and bad parts but the thing is, people usually go the cheaper route. O'reilly even sells OEM parts as well as the brand name stuff. If that's not what you go with to save $5 then I mean 🤷 I always get the brand name lifetime warranty stuff unless I'm just totally in a bind. I also love how they price match other stores. Sometimes it's not a big difference but it is enough to get a drink or two while I'm fixing my junk. 🤘😎👍
