The UPS Store

I just visited the store today, 3/27/24. I needed to send documents to an out of state clerk of courts office and include a return envelope and label. I really had no idea the best way to do this. Torey provided outstanding service, was extremely patient with me, took my questions and helped me get my documents sent off. She was great to work with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future.

Unbeknownst to me, I had accidentally boxed up my keys to my car, house, job, etc... when I dropped a package off yesterday late afternoon. Needless to say I was stressed. After several phone calls, I was able to talk to the manager at this location since my packages had not been picked up yet, and he was a LIFESAVER!! He was kind enough to find the packages and open them up to find my keys in one of the boxes. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me. God bless him.

une 6th, 2024, the employees were courteous and professional- and appeared to value their work and their customers. I experienced quick, efficient service (Westwood Plaza, Fayetteville, NC), which added to the smooth flow of my day. Someone else would appreciate experiencing that kind of service as well. Thank you for that.

Customer service was excellent, and Katelynn helped me out tremendously, even though I felt like I didn't know what I was doing.

They really are the most reliable shipping company, 6 months ago I moved to another city and shipped all my belongings through UPS, and everything arrived perfectly as I shipped it, now I ship all my shipments using UPS, customer service is also a 5 stars, keep it up

It was 2 minutes until 6. I called this store. A friendly employee said they typically stop notary service at 6 pm. Ah man! But she said to drive in and they would help me! They were super fast. The notary was extremely detailed and I was in and out in no time! It cost $5 and I appreciate the service!

Great service but the information on the website needs to be updated.

The website says they do passport photos but after waiting 15 minutes to get to the front of the line they then tell me they don’t do passport photos.

Call and confirm what services they offer before you go.

Tristan was so professional, helpful and nice! I brought 10+ Amazon returns. One had to be packed which I did not realize. I was embarrassed. But he was so reassuring, low key, friendly. Such excellent customer service from beginning to end! I will gladly come back here instead of anywhere else. Clean, quick service, friendly people and actually, great parking options. ANGELA IS THE BEST!!

This is the second time I've brought this double return to UPS. The first time I got overwhelmed and left. This time I almost did the same but when Angela saw me get flustered sheade me feel like I was the only customer in line!

She said no, it's ok. We're going to slow down and figure this out!

And she DID figure it out!! It was really confusing to me. I thanked her several times... And she truly made me feel *not stupid*.... Which I appreciated. She is very cool, calm, and collected. Very professional and friendly. I really really appreciated this!

Gabe and Stephen helped me today with multiple Amazon returns. I was so unorganized I finally asked to step aside rather than holding up the line. Stephen assured me it was fine take my time, he was busy preparing my packages I had ready. I did step aside he told me to come back up to him once completed. I found my return slips and got back in line rather than jumping the new customers for my stupid mistakes. Gabe was just as friendly and helpful with the remaining Amazon returns. This is a very busy store, I have often wondered why more stores were not available in a military town. These 2 guys have a very positive attitude for what I'm sure is a very busy and thankless job standing on your feet all day trying to push as many customers in and out as quickly as possible to get their packages to their destination. Thank you Gabe and Stephen for taking the time to be friendly, positive and helpful!

Angela was wonderful at assisting me with my needs in reference to my returns. It was my second time in this store and the best service I have ever experienced. She educated me greatly on returns and also provided me with good information to printing my daughters 3rd bday water bottle labels .I would definitely highly recommend this store to my family and friends .

I frequent this location often for Amazon returns and it’s usually the same crew working. Of course the lines are long, but it moves fast. These guys are helpful to the greatest extent with every customer. They are super knowledgeable on Spectrum returns (which I’ve never returned, but learned a lot just listening). I’ve watched them as I waited in line and I must say they have impressive customer service skills. And I just watched one of the workers running at full speed to catch someone that left their wallet across the parking lot!!!….as I’m writing this!!! Outstanding guys!!! Thank you!! 😀😀😀

Quick service, and had no issues getting my documents notarized here unlike the UPS on Ramsey. Thank you for your kind service, it was so appreciated.

AWESOME SERVICE! Thank you, Stephen for providing amazing service this past Saturday. Stephen notarized our documents, was professional, knowledgeable and patient with us when we asked questions. The store was busy yet he took time to explain a few different mailing services to us. We appreciate the experience with Stephen as we'd just received the most horrible service at the Ramsey Street location.

Today 10/3/22 @ 2:10pm a white male UPS Ground delivery driver came to pickup my package. He knocked on my door only twice. He was very polite, friendly, courteous to me and my son. I prefer UPS service any day of the week to FedEx or USPS when I want to have packages delivered or picked up.

The 4 employees that used to work at fort bragg that was working at the Westwood store on 11/9/23 are really awesome individuals and extremely good at what they do! I appreciate people like them.

I was lost and they were so patient and knowledgeable on exactly what to do. Shanna had great customer service skills and when she wasn’t sure on a matter she quickly asked Nikki to help. Nikki jumped right on it, explaining and mentoring.

I had to stop in here on a Monday after work to make a return to Amazon. It was 4:30, the line was 14 people deep outside the store, and social distancing and masks were enforced. That being said, when I saw the length of the line my heart sank at first. However, the line moved extremely fast and the employees were very efficient, friendly and helpful. In these times of grumpy people it seems everywhere, I appreciate the kindness and the smiles of the employees! Thank you!

I was having a terrible morning. Had to do a return of an item, the young lady with the red hair was super friendly and helpful. She was awesome I didn't get her name but she made my day better. My visit was quick and will be back in the future if I ever have to do another return. I'm not a big fan of Fayetteville but I would come back to this office.

This store has been busy but efficient pretty much every time I have gone. Employees have been helpful and polite. Today they were busy but every single employee was actively working in some capacity and that helped everything move quickly and smoothly! That’s even with training a new employee. If only more places did the same!
