Always found every employee at the store more than helpful. Love spending my money at this local merchant (Frattlones) rather than at the big box hardware stores. Their animal foods section and customer service is amazing as well. Very competitive pricing. Try it, you'll agree. Plus, they carry Red Barn treats which is a very trustworthy brand.

What I love about going here is that I was able to walk in with a random piece of plumbing faucet piece, I didn’t even have to explain what it was first. He also was able to help me with the trouble shooting of finding the right replacement parts to quickly and effectively fix the leaking part. This saved from a lot of frustration by him showing how to properly identify the correct part i needed. When I have gone to some other stores of other chains in the past for similar issues, they didn’t even know what the part was I was bringing in. Quality of personnel with a caring personal touch is always worth it. I am definitely going to continue to support them with my business in the future.

I also saw that this location not only sold snow blowers, but was also storing the snow blowers during the off season for customers. That is a really great idea!

Best flowers anywhere

I moved to Andover from a small town up north. Fratallone's has that small town feel. Very professional and welcoming staff. They have taken great care of me with my questions and projects. Special thanks to Parker for going out of his to answer my question over the phone and having all the options neatly laid out when I came in to make a decision.
Definitely recommend this store for all your needs.

I go here to prepare for nearly any project I'm working on. Reasonable prices. Not a huge selection, but it seems to be the right selection. Rarely can I not find what I'm looking for. The nursery is nice to get flowers, and it seems they take pretty good care of their plants. People there are friendly and helpful.

Love this store! The prices are a tad higher than you'd see at big box stores, but in exchange I pretty much get a personal shopper helping me find EVERYTHING I need. Good luck getting that kind of help at Home Depot. For that amazing service I'll gladly pay a couple extra bucks!

Great staff. Very helpful. I did an online order to pick up in store of a piece of power equipment. The ordering system worked well. I hope the store gets credit for the sale. They deserve it.
